I have been with SuperiorHire for almost 2 years now and I couldn't ask for a better Temp Company to be associate with. The first job I was placed in was a Contract job for a month, and not even a week after ending it, I had an interview with the company that I am still at. Without being with SuperiorHire I don't know how long I would have been out of work. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me!!

I was very pleased to meet with the SuperiorHire today. The caliber of professionalism Lynne Stewart showed was truly wonderful an organization that cares and wants the best for you in you career. Its truly about the human experience. I look forward to working with them and building a stronger relationship.

So glad I had the pleasure to meet with Renee and Lynn to further my experience in the medical field. First thing I noticed was the recognition for the staffing services that is provided. I plan to use their services years to come. Also everyone was friendly!!!

Well, I recently interviewed for a position at Lennox and I must say, it was an eye opener. Teri, at the front desk, was awesome. Carmille was great. She was pleasant and very professional. However, the rep from Lennox who sat in on the interview, drilled me like I was a runaway slave. He was not pleasant at all. It was quite uncomfortable and made me feel like I was under attack. I was told I'd hear back from Carmille, but I have not as of yet. I thanked them both for the interview, to her for being so thorough in discussing my work history and to him for reminding me of what I DO NOT want in an employer.

Great experience. They were friendly and had good communication with me throughout. I was able to get set up with a client interview very quickly and they had good follow up with me after the interview as well as scheduling the second interview. I definitely recommend working with SuperiorHire, I'll reach out to them in the future the next time I am searching for a new job.

Jacob and Jonathan reached out to me regarding a wonderful IT opportunity at a great company. The process was quick and efficient, and I began work shortly thereafter. They were extremely helpful and I really enjoy where I am at now. I definitely recommend this firm for all your recruiting needs!

I hate to use it as an excuse but maybe it might help if I say I am a black man to start this off. I dealt with a buddy of mine who I trust initially when starting with superiorhire. He got me several opportunities but I always had to speak with Cassidy who was great to talk with, however I suppose it's procedure for them to adjust your resume to help with the position, which on my first interview actually made me chances worse because I made nd studied my own resume, it was good, and the resume she edited just had less of my positions and phrases I was unaware of and that was the first thing they asked me in the interview. Speed along a couple days they sent me to Brinks and a company called Cardpool, which they apparently have a direct relationship with. I loved Brinks and everything about it, while Cardpool had some legal troubles, which didn't scare me, but they also did not know what they were going to do with the company since they just acquired it and moved from California where the Attorney General their is looking for them. Now spoiler alert for me, I have a failure to identify misdemeanor, which can literally happen to anyone without an ID or not "doing what police tell you" which some may understand and some would not. I also had a theft case from over a decade ago that I had to get a lawyer to get disposed and dismissed which is basically innocent but it's going to show, which is fine I have all documents showing my innocence and even the county that I live aren't going forward with the misdemeanors. So with that context in there, I speak with Cassidy after I interview with both places and I want to go with Brinks but she pushes the narrative of how difficult Brinks is to actually get in once you accept the offer and how easy Cardpool is and I shouldn't worry about the attorney General thing because she had confidence in this company and they are always growing. So they literally offer me the position this isn't contengent on anything at this point because they literally tell me if I have a laptop I can start the following Monday, which I only had a desktop. So I put in my 2 weeks notice with a temp agency I am working with to take this position which is suppose to start the following Monday. I Email them about if overtime and they send me "how to clock in." and what not. But then that Friday Cassidy calls and states she had some bad news that they ran my background(which should have been done wayyyy before, not the weekend before I am suppose to start) and the CEO, which I'm not sure if she means of superiorhire or cardpool, is stating he wants to know about my charge from a decade ago and that a failure to identify looks bad for the company. As with most background check companies they will do an investigation into the validity of charges and their accuracy. I sent Cassidy my documents and advised her they can check their own background check and see the status of the charge. She said she was going to try but Ryan said it would look bad for the company who had their own legal troubles. I wouldn't recommend Superiorhire to anyone else anymore because this was done horribly. I have dealt with Express and CornerStone and the one time this issue came up they handled it way before the position was made official so that people are not scrambling looking for work. I hope you all take some time and learn from this coaching opportunity.

It might help you to know that, at no point EVER was I asked or told that this position would be contingent on ANY background check and if anything I chose that position because I was instructed how much more relaxed the process would be in comparison to the Brinks opportunity. I am very open about my history and I never lied to anyone, you would just have to ask a lawyer or check the statue of limitations in a city with a high crime rate and dealing with a failure to identify,which you have documented proof.

I am Gina; and I would rate SuperiorHire 5 Stars all day long! My experience with this agency has truly been grand. With tenure of contracting as Program Manager/Coordinator in Construction and the Commercial Risk Insurance Industry, my contracting finally came to a halt. So, I was out of work for some time. I relocated to Dallas a few months ago in 2015. I quickly signed on with staffing agency after agency to find new work. Since my background work was considered a specialty program. All I got was you are a little hard to place," or some of you all may have experienced this, you are over qualified. I was starting to wonder how long would I be out of work and going thru this saga before someone noticed the best of my universal talents and take the time to assist me in a new career path. It finally happened! Thanks to my Google search for best staffing agencies I stumbled across SuperiorHire. Meeting the Superior Hire s staff completely changed my life in a short time. The staffers were professional, cognizant of my talents and they went to work at finding a role that fits my personality and abilities. Within the 1st week, I was up for two professional positions and by the 2nd week, I was onboarding for one and was hired! My experience with SuperiorHire has been nothing but stellar. I look forward to continuing a relationship with this company who is second to none from my experiences. Congratulations SuperiorHire for winning the "Inavero Best of Staffing Award 2016. I do not know of any other staffing agency more deserving.

I went to SUPERIORHIRE this week and my visit was an incredible experience! From the receptionist to the owner and everyone in between, it was a 5 Star experience. Lynne is a master in the art of getting people into the right jobs at great places to work! I visited several other agencies prior to finding them and they are absolutely the best.

I experienced very poor communication from my recruiter. I was sent to several interviews (one of which I wasn't told till I arrived that they had rescheduled for later that same day) 4 interviews with one company and 10 different individuals upon which my recruiter got back to me two weeks later to tell me they were interviewing and internal candidate. I was told I was be submitted to multiple postions however the recruiter lacked follow up. I had to track her down just to find out she had no information for me. Some people may have had great luck with them, after hearing so many good things about them, my experience was lacking.

The nicest and most professional recruiting firm that I have experienced hands down.

I work for the company for about, maybe a month and a half almost 2 months. They sent me out on assignment, the manager at the company was coming on to me. I told the lady I didn t like women only -MEN- and from there she had been picking with me. She came to me and said someone told her I had been talking about her. I didn t know what the he she was talking about so she call SuperiorHire and Lied on me, so they ended my assignment.

Extremely professional and kind staff. They go out of their way to match you up with the right company. Best experience I've ever had with a temp agency!

I went to SuperiorHire about a month ago. They constantly send this email about rating them but have never sent me on one interview. I think you should only send this to people who are actually working for you. I heard from my recruiter about one position when I went there a month ago but nothing since so of course you get one star because I was never placed. If you can consider me for position and there are plenty more!

One of the most unprofessional agencies I've ever worked with. Terri Owens is completely rude and threatens the contractors that work there. I've never been so afraid at a company in my life. She's intimidating and uses her authority to blackmail employees. Stay away!

I recently stopped by this agency to speak with them about opportunities in the area. I waited, alone, for ten minutes at the front desk and no one answered me despite several individuals in the back. Finally, the front desk attendant came back from lunch. I was matched with Renee who began immediately giving me pointers on my resume.

After fixing my resume, I needed one more piece of information, but have been unable to get a response from Renee. My experience has been poor and I've decided to work with another agency. Communication, is absolutely critical.

Very detailed recruiters and the owner also interviewed me as well. They made sure my resume was updated and presentable to the clients.

One of the worst jobs of my life. They put me in an abusive environment where I was yelled at, cursed at, and treated horribly. After months of this and not being able to fix the problem at work, I tried going back to superior to make them aware of the situation and help me find alternative employment. Not only did they say they could not and would not help me until I lost my job, once I finally did leave the job, they wouldnt help me find something anyway. Obviously, I tried to collect unemployment and they actually tried to fight me on unemployment as well. The attorneys they used during the proceedings were shady, inexperienced, and liars. Basically, if you find work through this company, expect to be screwed over and find the worst job of your life.

I'd also like to note that I have used other temp agencies and have never had these experiences repeat itself. Do Not Work Here!
