Good service, and the embroidery looks really good - they made a new logo from a picture I submitted and it worked really well!

So pleased with the service I received today they were very helpful in helping me find a suitable pair of scrubs for work and have organised all the embroidery for me, can't wait to get them next week

Super fantastic service from the team at Infectious! We have been ordering our scrubs from them for a few years now and just LOVE them!! So soft, light and comfortable (which is an absolute must in Darwin) and in a fantastic range of colours. The girls at Infectious are always super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent customer service I received when I called about two items missing from my original order. This was then followed up with a call to let me know what action would be taken, expected delivery time and that a couple of small gifts would be included to say sorry for the original omission.

What a lovely surprise when I received the two items with the extra gifts (greatly appreciated), especially the reusable cup with a screw top lid. Impossible to count the times I have not put the lid on properly with the press-on type and spilt the drink all over me (not a great CEO look)!

Very responsive and understanding team. My scrubs somehow got lost in the delivery but the delivery team in particular Tarna was very understanding of my situation and re sent my scrubs to my home address which arrived within days. Mistakes happen everyday but it s greatly appreciated when the team recognised it and took action to resolve it as soon as possible. The scrubs washed well, no need for ironing and good material Would recommend

They are ridiculously costly and they charge 13 dollars for delivery and they had only one scrub top and if I need one more I have to pay a separate 13 dollars

I recently ordered a scrubs top for work from this company - they have a wide range of styles to choose from and great colours.

The scrubs themselves are good quality however the sizing is way off. I bought the womens scrubs to try ensure they fit better but theyre about 4 sizes too big. I have previously bought other womens scrubs from them and went by that sizing but the sizing must be all over the shop. Disappointing since I cannot return them because they are embroided as required by my company.

I called Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Meagan, explaining that I needed to have 3 sets of scrubs delivered to Melbourne before Tuesday next week. After checking stock and confirming with the embroiderer, Meagan expedited my order and it arrived here in Melbourne two days later on Friday morning. I'm delighted with the product, and very grateful to Meagan and Infectious for expediting my order and getting me out of a bind. I will most definitely be a return customer and will be recommending Infectious to my colleagues whenever the opportunity arises.

Amazing service. Showed up a few days before my first shift in the Emergency Department and they were able to sort out the scrubs VERY quickly, even making it available for pick up over the weekend. Don't look anywhere else for scrubs...this is your goto. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work!
