Really really bad and up to the point that I'm speechless. (1) The service is extremely slow. They take more than two month to complete a service and when I call, I was told they have 4 months to serve so it's not expired yet. Man, I don't know what to respond. (2) They take more than a week to upload the aff of serv after they served. (3) They don't read and don't follow the instruction of the request sheet and I have to highlight the important messages. (4) Their billing dept is a mess too. Can't stand them.
