In need of refurbishment and over priced on food and drink. Hardly any parking and is not free. Having said that they have stand out performers who are worth every penny!

Saw will young here and it was a great venue .not to big so you can actually see the artist perform and recognise them .it's easy to find .many taxis go here but you need to book them.
Nice clean venue. It is what it is really. Shame the doors didn't open a bit earlier we were left standing out in the cold past 8pm when tickets said event started at 8pm.
Brian Cox was well worth the wait though and was amazing! Look forward to the next time he visits.
Great show. Leave early to get there as parking is a nightmare.
Good venue for live music, some great bands have played here, it s not the 02 but for Plymouth it s great
Excellent Venue, parked easily Bootleg Beatles fabulous.
Great venue, easy access, nice bar. Good acoustics.
Excellent venue. We go whenever a band or act we like is there. Recommended
Great show UB40. Need to spend some money on the seating though. Most of my seat seemed to be missing
Seats are very worn and it's very difficult to get a drink at the bar before gigs.
Went to see Jools Holland, if was a great night. However the break was after the warm up act which was only about 30 mins. The bar shut after that so you couldn't get any sort of drink for about 2 hours. Very poor. That's why I scored 3. They lost a fortune as there were around 20 people looking to buy drinks when I went out. There was also a steady stream of people going out.
Went here on Saturday 10 Nov to see the Queen extravaganza
Absolutely brilliant show Staff helpful We had great seats Really fantastic evening
Went to see Jason Donavan in may 2016 still in good voice.
Sorry Plymouth but this is an over priced poorly organised badly outfitted venue, seating must have been recovered from a torture chamber
Easy to find and good access. The only problem is if you want a ticket for an event (and don't want to buy ticket online ) you can only buy tickets when the box office is open. Unfortunately the box office is only open when an event is on.
The prices in the bar are higher than usual. Seating is good and the stage is in good view.
First visit in over 12 months. Watched Plymouth Raiders Basketball. Always great entertainment, but the venue is now incredibly run down and in a very poor condition. The seats in the main arena are threadbare. Falling apart in some instances. The food outlet in the main concourse is under equipped. The whole place needs millions spent on it. It's not fair to expect the people of Plymouth to pay out their hard earned cash for such a poor facility. I realise it us due for a refurb or re-design, but how long do we have to wait? Plymouth and the South West deserves better.
Parking is really difficult as the on site car park is small when there is an event taking place.
Seats not very comfortable.
Plymouth pavilion offers a range of entertainment. Basket ball, ice skating, music venues etc
It is very good for ice skating. Unsure about shows though, havent see one there for a long time
Been to a few gigs and shows here. Depending on where you stand in the arena it can sound really bad. There are a few sweet spots though.
Decent venue with a variety of shows on. Uncomfortable seats for the seated events. Expensive drinks as is usual for this type of venue. Also not sure if this is the fault of the venue but added fees when buying tickets is outrageous.
Took granddaughter I've skating she enjoyed it , all that matters.
Just went to watch Plymouth raiders it was really good
Went to the ice rink for the first time in ages and it was great fun. Had enough time to get used to skating and get more comfortable. Would recommend
A great venue for events and shows. Had a wonderful time at the Horror Circus. Great facilities that caters for the disabled. Helpful staff and reasonable prices
The seats really need to be updated, very dated. Looks and smells old. These are also pretty tight together so its not very roomy.
It looks more like a school hall for announcements than a stage.
Prices are fair and exiting the place was very quick.
This place just needs a good makeover
The chairs are very badly placed, one behind another. They allowed people to come in 20 minutes after the start, with people having to stand to allow them into their seats. So disrespectful
It has potential, some good acts go there but it needs a revamp
Decent venue in the centre of Plymouth close to plenty of local amenities. A decent amount of seating was available and it was laid out well so you had a good view regardless of where you were seated.
What a dreadful place .. not only was it unclean it smelt awful as well .. filthy
Great show but the seats are extremely uncomfortable, especially the seats the on the flat bit at the front.
Seats very old very uncomfortable and too close together
Excellent venue with a great view of the stage from all the tiered seating. Bar service can be a bit slow but is very big and there are plentiful clean toilets, always a bonus at a large venue. Nobody wants to spend hours queuing for the loo!
Good day out ice-skating, prices weren't too bad either
Seats quite uncomfortable. Took ages to get out during interval and leaving. Could do with video screens as it was hard to see Eddie Izzard clearly and his humour relies on facial expression.
Nice staff, could do with better food options though
A great place good atmosphere to see the band you like.
Organised, pleasant time even if it super expensive in the bar.
I only went there for my covid jab as that was the local vaccination center.
Staff try quickly to get you in but there is not the right size of facilities needed for this
The venue is fine but during events the refreshments prices are just ridiculous.
Great place, and is starting to showcase smaller bands. Great show and the buzz from the bands was amazing and would definitely do again.
All pictures are mine.
Nice food. Staff couldn't cope with it being busy so 0 customer service and they charged me for someone else's drink. Didn't realise until looked at receipt at home.
Nice ice rink and staff, only down side is no cafe or place to sit down and have a drink whilst watching. Only a vending machine available
Great venue.. The acoustics, seating, staff, bar, lighting is all very good. I went to see Australian Pink Floyd and the venue worked really well for their big sound and light show.
well, professionally speaking, tut, tut, *stirs and slirps swanky mojito* the plymouth pavilion ice rink was absolutely divine. It contained all of the key features such as ICE and was very enjoyable, the only problem was that the ice was a bit cold, warm ice would be nice, anyways 10/10-IGN gamers
Can't believe a rock gig started on time missed the first 2 songs I must be getting old
Excellent foodie festival put on here with the talented young Harry Quick of Torquay playing a varied repertoire. Top marks Harry!
I came here on the 1.10.16 to watch the dan tdm live UK tour and i arrived and parked in the carpark labeld Pavilions car park overflow next I walked to the signposted area over a Toys-r-us (tm) and the opening was shut so i had to walk through a busy roundabout but when i got in there, was food round and the merch area and the doors after i got my ticket cheked by the bouncers i went in to the thether and it was BIG. At the in tervenction being 20minuets i got a drink and it was busy.
All staff, including kiosk, sales and security were pleasant. Easy disabled access and facilities
Very nice evening watching Paul Carrack although the chairs are too squashed together in the better seats. Haven't been to the Pavilions for many years and it is looking good, must be said.
Michael McIntyre gig, a nice venue which is clean and tidy.
The seats were in a disgusting state, many badly stained. The whole place needs an overhaul desperately
Had a great night watching Madness - merchandise & drinks are rather expensive
Great gig venue....
Madness ..... Fantastic
Great location with sending atmosphere, a free car park would've been awesome
We went to see the Blues Brothers and despite the cast giving it their all, the format of a dinner in the stalls area and the rest of the audience on the balcony unable to dance really killed any atmosphere.
It appeared that many fewer tickets were sold for both the dinner and the performance and it was very disappointing.
I would not attend another event along the same lines as I felt it had been done to increase revenue but had failed miserably.
