Very nice shops here, definitely shop around, if you feel like you are paying too much you probably are and can get it at the shop next door for less.

Just being in another land and relishing it's beauty was all that and a bag of cookies! Too bad they we didnt stop for lunch.

I liked the order there is as much as for the arrival and order to leave everything was fast very good attention

The port was nice but pretty sketchy outside of the port. We were going to walk to a lighthouse just outside of the port but quickly changed our minds. If you are going on a cruise I suggest booking an excursion through your cruise line or staying at port.

While at port I had coconut water with rum from a real coconut! When done with the beverage they broke open the coconut so you can eat the flesh! Pretty cool.

Belize is wonderful why they stopped going NCL they want you to go to the private island and pay double what anything is worth

I don't remember it but if I was there it had to be good.

Well organized port with many shops, free wifi, and an indoor gallery with many stands where they sponsor many tours around the city, we personally saw the Mayan temples and it was fun, nice and kind guide, as regards the Port, nothing to say, excellent!

Great place to fo if you are new to Belize and I personally recommend going to Anna Queen for smoothies and coffee

Port area plenty of shopping. Not many picture opportunities, pharmacies have some very competitive prices. Clean area, clean bathrooms, only a few places to get food and it is pricey like 15.00 for a meal. Try the coke a cola when you visit it is made there and they use pure cane sugar.

Beautiful place but kinda scary. People was calling through fences and from under the fence reaching out at u not very good

Everyone trying to sell you EVERYTHING is no always fun. Especially when you say no and they keep asking... No means NO hehe

Shopping area in Belize where the catamarans of the cruise ships arrive. There are several restaurants, but specifically in the Wet Lizard we ate very well. Local food, breaded prawns, fish and chicken tacos, colorful cocktails and cold beer. More than enough.

That places have been my work place for years. And I love the environment 100%

In terms of just this 'village', it is nothing Grand and feels very artificial. Nothing really here that resonates as local life. An excursion is 100% recommended. Venturing off by yourself just seems extremely sketchy.

Very picturesque, there are a variety of things to buy, you must not decide at the first impression, you must see well first

We did a food tour and it was the best shore excursion. We got to try local foods made by locals and the history.

It's a cruise terminal. Nothing special but if you travel outside you can get much better food and souvenirs much cheaper.

About a 15 minute boat ride from the cruise ship. Reasonable food and drink prices. Most of the shopping is the same tourist items from store to store. Pharmacy has good prices.

The flea markets just outside the gates are just as safe as inside with police officers and licensed travel agents. They can only have the cruise terminal with so many things and agents. Trust your gut and verify your agents credentials, support the locals outside the gate and help their economy locally without the 3rd party taking a cut of the profit.
Shop local, buy from the makers, the mom and pops. We had a tour of the island and then shopped the flea market by our terminal. Also family of our driver. They also take credit, and the prices are amazing!!!! Remember cash though cause the local banks can not offer cash advance without your passport and your bank needs to set that up months before travel. Our tour guide was accommodating for our lack of cash and only credit. Outside the gates is primarily cash.

Not the best stop among the many in the western Caribbean. A few notable shops but nothing to want to go back for.

Duty free store for tourist coming off the cruise ship. Nice place to hang out for the day. Beautiful view of the seas and North side of Belize. ID needed to get in.
