Cheap, simple, fast to set up.
UI could be a bit more modern but it's functional. Only issue is that the server has a bug at the moment but it'll be fixed soon and I have a workaround. Customer service is super responsive. Works well for small businesses for sure. I tried all the UK competitors and they were a nightmare.

I have been working with Voodoo SMS for over a year now. I have had a good experience overall. The registration process was easy and straight forward. We used their API in our Garage Software, to send SMSs to customers to remind them of their upcoming MOT expiry.
It works very well, and their online dashboard and platform is seamless allowing access to tins of reports to monitor usage, and status of messages sent.

By far one of the great platform I have used for my business. Highly recommended..

I help run an allotment association with 83 members. We regularly need to contact the membership, sometimes on an emergency basis when there have been break ins onsite for instance. We also need to contact them on other more mundane matters such as notifying them of meetings or availability of stock which we sell. Prior to discovering and using Voodoo the only method we had to do this was by notice boards on site, which is a bit hit and miss, or by post. Postal charges are prohibitive as well as the cost of stationary and printing it was a method we only ever used rarely because of the limited funds we have. Even at around 3p per message the costs of Voodoo messaging is negligible in comparison. Additionally its easy to keep the database of contacts up to date using their easy to use online dashboard. Voodoo has been a brilliant addition to our ability to communicate with our membership and has been a huge plus to the management team and membership alike. We are only a small organisation and bearing in mind the mass ability of Voodoo to send SMS we feel perfectly at home in the limited way in which we use it. A brilliant system I would recommend to any size of organisation.

An excellent service all round. I'm an electronics hobbyist and needed a way to send texts from some of my designs. VoodooSMS was so easy to set up and even easier to integrate into my designs, and when I needed technical questions answered they replied quickly and were happy to help. I had tried a couple of other SMS services before VoodooSMS, one so bad they threatened to take me to court over the completely honest one star review I left for them, which is why I was so pleased to find VoodooSMS. I couldn't be happier.

They called me unsolicited and then hung up as soon as I (politely) asked how they got my number. This makes me think they are scammers.

That was my previous review: "We are third year with Voodoo SMS and hope to stay longer. Highly recommended!" And just after I have added it I was charged 3 credits instead of 1 for texts of 151 characters long were it was said: "Each credit is equivalent to 1 UK SMS of 160 characters. Longer messages incur multiple credit spend whilst international destinations vary." The system changed it for 3 credits instead of 1 and I was told that one of characters was coped there from WORD and took extra, still it shows 151 character. SO NO 5 STARS ANYMORE :(

I've used a few other SMS services, but this one has topped them all. The value for money is fantastic and the service and support Are first class. The web based text sending UI is very easy to use and very informative. You can clearly see what credits you have used, have left and other various statistics. My primary purpose for this service is to use the API to enable my software I develop to automate messages to various recipients. At home it is used to text shopping list reminders and other messages between me and my family. I have spoken to my place of work with regards to this service and have just completed the implementation of the API into their software. Now it has passed proof of concept, they too will be using Voodoo in their software! I would recommend this to anybody who needs a great value, reliable SMS service. Thanks VooDudes! Rob :)

Very powerful and efficient SMS service; it was the cost and scale factor that made us choose Voodoo SMS and so far it's been amazing!

Failed to process payment, paypal case will be opened. Needed to send a text urgently. I expected that when you buy credits, it would be reasonable they are credited to your account instantly or quickly. Worse still, nobody answers the phone calls, called 6 times.

Good introductory offer, but going forward it's expensive, poor customer service and no customer loyalty
