When a customer purchases a vehicle new or used and is told by a Salesmen that something will be fixed before purchasing the vehicle it should be fixed properly! Even a used vehicle. My father walked in and purchased a vehicle with cash they told him they would fix the back quarter panel and all the did was pant over it. My 4 year old could do a better job. Salesman told him they probably couldn't fix it because the piece was plastic. I call BS I will not recommend to anyone.

I had a great all around experience working with Plaza BMW. Brittany in sales was amazing! She made sure every detail was addressed and was able to answer all of my questions. She went above and beyond to provide personal service to help make the buying process very efficient for me. The technical team was also amazing on setting up my preferences in the car and showing me how each app works in the vehicle. Finance was also quick and efficient. Keep up the great work Plaza team!

I contacted Chris Blumeyer about a used LX570 they had online. Chris knew the vehicle well he had sold it to the original owner. Being that I was from Connecticut and the vehicle was in Missouri I had a lot of questions. He sent me a car fax and pictures right away. He also put our fears to rest never seeing the vehicle and shipping it they arraigned everything for us . We just got the vehicle delivered and it was everything he promised and more. I give them a huge recommendation and a big Thank You for a job well done!!!

At plaza BMW Horrible sales manager and GM, sold my car to someone else as I waited for them to edit my PO ( i told them I was on the way, my bank was ready with the check, I waiting for almost a hour) so my bank could send a full payment check!!! I was already approved, this was my 3rd trip there, the sales lady that was helping me got fired literally over night!!! The "person" they said that wanted the car was only paying roughly $1700 more than me, but i was also buying a $4977 warranty, but they didnt care. Never even offered to find me another bmw 740li, how crazy is that I'm already approved! Clearly the managers are clueless to sales. I got treated much better at low level dealerships (honestly). And to cap it off the car i wanted still isnt sold ( 5 days later), only came with one key.....the plaza experience!? They need to change their brand slogan ( it was a shady, sleazy experience)

I had much respect for this dealership and had a decent experience with salesman, but Joe the finance guy is the worst of used car sales person you have known, after selecting a vehicle I was sent to him to sign papers for the loan and OMG!!! He started adding the warranties and it did not matter how much I said NO I do not buy warranties, he would compliment my perfume then start selling the warranty again, I would say no again then he said he would give me the one that was going to cost about $1300 or so for free if I buy the larger one for $3999, I still did not want it, then he asked if I wanted the windows tented, I asked how much he said $250 but I give it to you for free if you buy the bigger warranty, I should ve walked out at that time, I believed him and he was getting phone calls, people telling him other customers are waiting for him.... now I am wondering if all this was part of the trick that I would hurry up and sign the papers ???I looked at the loan documents the next day and was stunned to see all those supposedly free items had $$$ amounts and was charged for each one and they were added to my car loan to pay interest on it for years, did not even ask me if I would want to pay for it out of pocket, I felt violated discussed and angry very mad at my self for not walking out. I texted the sales person and shared my discussed with their finance guy, he promised to take my complain to the general manager, that was end of April, it is middle of May and I have not heard one thing from Plaza motors apologizing for my horrible experience. I hope the next person dealing with that dealership would read this before going there. I will make sure all my friends and other people I know know about them too.

I have been having problems with my new Lexus ES 3...

I have been having problems with my new Lexus ES 350 purchased from Plaza Motors Creve Coeur, MO.
I was bring my car in because the front part of my car was shaking. As I was driving, it shook so bad that I had to pull over and had it towed instead. When I arrived, the service rep, Joe Edwards, seem so surprised of my being there. Probably because after 3 hours of waiting for the tow to come and calling him with NO ANSWER, to inform him of my situation and that I would get there when I can.
I arrive, Joe Edwards has me to have a seat because my car on the tow had not arrived yet. When the car comes, I had to wait until he could assess the information and call me to his office. He continues to apologize for the delay, and I was was very frustrated with WAITING! He finally calls me, get my information and credentials, and sends me back into the waiting room area. He says he needs someone to drive my car to see feel the shaking. After sitting for another 20 more minutes and a customer checking in, I finally come back into Joe s office and he issues a loaner. THAT TOOK 2-1/2 hours more from the 3 hours for the tow service. Now I m really frustrated, but didn t show it.
When I make it to Illinois, I get a text from Joe explaining my diagnostic results. He says you need new tires on the front, a front wheel alignment, and brakes. . I mentioned to him again after our conversation at the dealership, that I had been to Plaza on July 8 for an oil change ONLY and it was suggested that I needed a front wheel alignment that I felt I HONESTLY didn t need because I had ABSOLUTELY no problems when I came in with front problems or tire problems. I JUST WANTED AN OIL CHANGE!
I explained to him that I just purchased the car in October sand I had so many problems with the Wheel locking up that I had a loaner the first week I purchased the car up until the end of October.
I asked him why would I need new tires when the car came with new tires and it wasn t mentioned on July 8 when I got an alignment. Did they give me an alignment on balled tires? No, because my tires were perfect.
I refuse to pay any money for any repairs because something went wrong when I let Plaza start working on my vehicle when it was not necessary.
My car is at Plaza and I m being harassed about this loaner. Someone needs to get back with me because I feel as though I am being treated unfairly and the experience is unbelievable since I made my purchase.

Excellent customer service! Quick service. They were able to get the parts I needed ordered quickly and I was kept up to date by phone on the progress. You don t get that at a lot of places these days. Really an overall great place to get work done on your car!
