I used to work for wabash Valley mfg. Playpower came in and shut us down saying it was because of covid. And we were having the best sales we had had in our company's history too. It was greed. Sorry to all the customers who were let down during the shut down and to all the ones still being let down since the company was moved to Monett, MO. Monett has had to take on more than they can chew. And I know wabash Valley is losing customers because of it. Wabash had a good process with a good lead time and very hard working people who loved their jobs, and until playpower took over was doing great. Then playpower bought them and greed was the reason for the move not covid. Covid was just the cover up they needed to shut us down.
I am with MARK, This is rediculous. I did get a hold of a guy who used to work for wabash, but the company has split and moved. He said they are just having some issues. I have called every number, tried every extension, emailed, and NOTHING! its been at least a Month and not a single person has responded. I guess its time to move on....too bad their outdoor tables are the best! :-(
0 stars. Worst company ever! They never meet deadlines and customer service is non existent! No one ever answers the phone. Is this company out of business?
