Absolutely Horrible Experience. My actual rating will be zero star. No one ever picks up the calls and it is same with emails as well. I am still waiting for our digital photos that was purchased along with hard copies. Jallisa H who was the cashier and responsible for sending the digital photos via phone did not do the job well. It has been weeks I am still waiting at home for those photos to be sent on my phone in order to upload it on social media. But, I guess it won t happen anymore. $50 is not a small amount. This is a big scam.

I would give zero stars. It doesn't matter which extension you call, no one ever answers or calls back. Apparently the same person that doesn't answer the phones is working the emails as well since you don't receive a response there either.

Amazed by the terrible service. These guys charge a lot of money for the photos and they can't even answer the customer service phone or reply to emails. Guess it's the monopoly effect: no competition = no need to provide a good service.

Was at Skydeck Chicago today, great experience but the prices are just too much!! employes look like they don't get treated right, and come on we were forced to take a photo even when we didn't want one. Employe just said it's apart of their job to capture everyone in a photo for a souvenir. Felt so bad to say no to them because who knows what the manager would say to them.

The photos they offer on the ledge of the Willis Tower are incredible. The customer service was excellent.

Does a great job the wait time is long along of times

We took professional picture at Photogenic they told us that they will email us the pictures by the night since the internet server is down. We have not gotten anything. We tried multiple attempts to contact them but Nobody answers their phone and respond. Person named Chad (tall white guy with glasses) at the desk who is responsible for charging for the pictures was very rude. Absolutely horrible experience. I hope you shut down your company and make room for better companies at the Skydeck.

Staff is very nice, pictures are a bit pricey, but are worth it if it's the only time your are visiting the venue. They service many venues across the nation.

The so called managers are so unprofessional. They promote these young people and the authority goes to their head and they think they can talk to you any kind of way. The good thing is I was at a place of employment because if it was a different environment , it would've been a different situation. This would explain why this company has a high turn over rate and is ALWAYS hiring. Too many people aren't gonna be disrespected by young chicks that wanna feel important bcz they have a little authority. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.EITHER!!?RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Recently I purchased a photo of myself for 30$ at the Willis tower!!! I received the image with a file size of 1.7mb this implies that the photo most likely has a very low resolution and this is indeed true. The average photo size on a smart phone starts at 2.5mb!! I paid for a worse photo without being able to see the actual quality. More importantly they sold/advertised the photo as a professional one, which means this falls under false advertising.
