Horrible administration in this agency. They don't know how to schedule the aides. My mom finally got an aide that was good but the agency sent her to another house instead of leaving her with my mom 5 days a week. They are constantly sending different aides every week. Very bad scheduling. They need to hire a new staff and implement a whole new scheduling system.
This is the worst agency ever! Their staff is very unprofessional my dog can coordinate care better that the people who work here! The aides are lazy, I had one for a month who only wanted to talk on her phone! She begged for everything I threw a pot in the garbage she took it out! Then she begged for pots clothes for her and her children! Horrible! If you complain about it the agency would say I'll talk to her! Lies lies lies! They are the worst...
This company neglects their patients to a criminal level and most workers are illiterates that can not even spell their patients names. Avoid like the plague.
I dropped the first agency I had for my dad after 2 years of aggravation.
Within 2 weeks of using this place I was pulling my hair out. The coordinator sent me 8 different aides over 2 weeks. Because he never bothered to get someone 2 days in a row. But the aides they sent me were beyond horrible.
Useless and lazy. In some cases, dangerous. I cannot fathom how one agency can be so horrible. And all the excuses!! My God!! Please Please Please stay away from these guys if you want good care for your loved ones.

I've been working in the home care employment field for the past 1 years and have never ever felt as happy about my job as I feel at the Platimum Home Care The agency took a great care of the employees during the Covid timing, we always had all the necessary supplies and support we needed.
I must say as a family member involved with an elderly loved one in need of help. I reached out to Platinum Home Health care and they provided me with all the help and care needed in a professional manner. They have great people and staff that understands a patients need.
