I dropped the first agency I had for my dad after 2 years of aggravation.
Within 2 weeks of using this place I was pulling my hair out. The coordinator sent me 8 different aides over 2 weeks. Because he never bothered to get someone 2 days in a row. But the aides they sent me were beyond horrible.
Useless and lazy. In some cases, dangerous. I cannot fathom how one agency can be so horrible. And all the excuses!! My God!! Please Please Please stay away from these guys if you want good care for your loved ones.
