No service, no advice, mid-range prices and almost no one at work. Why this place has the right of life is hard to understand. The flowers were fine at least.

Was stopping by and trying to find help for the purchase, but everyone seemed to be hiding. Finally found a person behind a counter that said "This is no crate". Seemed like he wasn't sure why he was standing there. Had to ask him very graciously to come to the box so I could pay for the flowers. Shouldn't he wrap the flowers? No, self-help counter. Okay, wrapped yourself, but then there were no bags. And the man had been hiding again. Had to carry the flowers in his arms in the cold.

Why should I pay much more than at Master Green, where they have very good service, give good advice on planting, happily pack the flowers as standard and provide a good experience? The plantation has misunderstood something along the way.

They had plenty of Christmas trees to choose from, all sizes and different prices. Decent prices, I'd say. My son was excited to pick and choose. Paid 400,- nok for a 1,70m Christmas tree.

Nice and helpful service. Padling for people with disabilities. A wide selection of products we need. An object adapted to persons in a wheelchair. There is a driveway and a wide automatic door. The toilet is generally available and with space for a wheelchair. You will pay by credit card but you can also use cash payment.

I visited many Plantasjen stores in Oslo, but this store is hopeless. One feels frustrated while looking for a product because of the unorganized decoration. Plants and flowers are well organized, but the service is .... Hello? Where are the people working there?
