We purchased all windows, doors and trim for our new-construction home from M&MS. Working with Dave on choices could not have been a better. His product knowledge was excellent and he made what could have been an overwhelming experience a lot of fun. Working with Pete on the details of the order was also outstanding. I am a builder in the fox cities area.
For the past 5 years I have been buying the majority of the interior trim and doors from there salesman Ed Casper.
I recently quite doing business with them completely.
Ed was talking my customers into using there cheap, non quality container doors, which in many cases bubbled and split, even after I told him on many occasions never to talk my custmers into those doors. Sure they replace the door when that happens, but they would not reimburse for the finish on the doors.
Also on numerous occasions materials were way over ordered, in which case if they were stained materials they went right to the painter for staining. When the job was done, we were left with hundreds of feet of casing, base, and jamb material left over. Ed and Dave looked at it like it was my fault, would not credit me for all material and a minimal amount for the staining on all excess material.
It is there loss. This year they lost a customer that would have given them nearly a 1/4 of a million in business.
If you decide to do business with Molding Millwork, I would be extremely careful
