I would have to agree with what everyone has to say. It's sad because I want to respect cops but they are the typical rude and racist cops. I have zero respect for any of them. Not good guys.

The most unprofessional department I have ever seen or come into contact with. Last night an officer decided it would be a good idea to shine his flashlight through my window at 4 am. It woke me up and what he was doing or wanted is still unknown.

Seems they removed their call in number for leaving info about traffic problems. Apparently they can't be bothered to do anything about the loonies that are out endangering peoples lives every day, so they just disconnected the number, which shows how lazy and useless they are. Instead of doing their job, they just sit in their tax dollar paid vehicles, on their donut filled behinds and watch all the loonies do what they want with no interference by the "law". Seems the "law enforcement" can't be bothered with enforcing the laws, which explains why theres so many loonies in this city trying to kill and destroy everything.

My family was involved in an accident last night, including our three year old daughter. A guy decided to try and beat a red light turning left while we had a green light going straight and rammed right into us. Luckily, J. Moses (I believe was his name) was right behind the guy. He backed us up 100% and helped us so much with everything. He had a great sense of humor, as well as the other police who arrived (didn't get their names though, unfortunately.) Each and every one of them were absolutely amazing. They even gave our daughter a teddy bear, who she is still snuggling with this morning! I am very very impressed with Plano PD. Thank you so much for all your help!

These are not police, these are terrorists. I have spent the past 5 yrs studing them and watching them train. There are no more good cops. Any cop that completes todays training and still puts on his badge; is a bad cop (period). Demilitarize and bring back our peace officers. Stop attacking, murdering, beating, drugging, electrocuting, fabricating, lying, terrorizing, unlawfully invading, denying due process and most of all, do not gather near our children. I do not want you near the children in my community when/if someone confronts you for the crimes you have commited but consider yourself immune to.

I was stopped dead in the middle of the road as my car broke down. Very unsafe area, multiple cars swerving to avoid hitting me. I felt unsafe walking out of car too with all the traffic coming by. I had roadside assistance on the phone too which takes forever to get help.

However I was excited to see that there was a cop behind me, thinking he was coming to help with traffic, check on me, offer assistance, etc. Nope. He just went around me, looking, and just left.

Thankfully the people here were very helpful, and had a couple of strangers stop and offer help to push the car to the side and hold off traffic for a bit.

I have been living in Plano for the last two years and a half at the same apartment complex. Last Sunday we had a serious incident with a neighbor and, since the office was closed, we did call the police station. The agent who answered the phone was very professional and handled our call immediately. In less than 15 minutes, an officer (Cloud - #163404) knocked on our door. He patiently listened and addressed the incident and issues involved in a very professional way, giving us suggestions and solutions, for which we are very grateful.

Very calm when raiding my apartment. They made sure not to yell too loud and wake up the neighbors! Extremely gentle when handcuffing me and placing me in the police car.
Incredible food in the clink. Steak was almost as good as Papas Brothers. Soft beds with Egyptian cotton sheet and a down comforter.

I was surprised I didnt get a bill at the end of my stay. Would highly recommend this institution!! 10/10

Received a citation for expired registration right at Christmas. My registration expired 3 weeks before the citation and I wasn't able to renew it because the DMV website was unable to verify my inspection and I was working to resolve this. I was also working 60-70 hours per week. I explained this to the officer and he shrugged and said "go in and get it dismissed." Of course, once you get a citation you cannot renew online.

Instead of playing with my kids at Christmas after working so much, I went to TWO locations to get this resolved. I have never even had a speeding ticket or any citations at all before. I have always been a huge fan of the Plano PD but a citation for a registration that expired 3 weeks ago, especially after I explained that I was trying to renew but couldn't, is simply ridiculous. Huge waste of everyone's time and my tax dollars...and it is unpleasant living in a city where police officers act like this. Clearly Plano PD is overstaffed if they have time to stop people for a registration that only expired a few weeks ago.

I have been pulled over by Plano police officers probably 3 times and every time they have been extremely respectful to me and my 9 year old Autistic son. The issue was worked out each time but they did not force me to be put in a situation in which my son would see me in a bad spot. I appreciate the short-haired woman Officer for that. (Cant remember her name!!! ) They have been respectful to me and my boyfriend with each encounter.

The officers who make up this police force are some of the worst people I ve had the displeasure of meeting. The few encounters I, a friend, or family member has had with these people is awful. They are incredibly condescending and power hungry, probably because there is not much serious crime to fight in Plano. So, it seems like any minor offense is a huge deal to them and they overreact. They seem to treat anyone they meet as criminals rather than highly educated, exceptional human beings as most of us in Plano are.

these days the police department Of " Plano, Richardson and Allen" Expended their very profitable" BUSINESS" . As much as they are concentrated on Hunting and Giving Tickets, they don't care about anything els . I rather have a thief rubbing my home than getting tickets from these LEGAL thieves. They marked some streets with 6 lanes as speed limit of 30mph "LOL" (Park Ln.) and always the people get stopped there for 3 or 4 miles above speed limit. Poor people working their A Off to survive , but our police SYSTEM is working directly for insurance companies. People work so hard every day and most people working 2 or 3 jobs to pay the bills , now they have to lose 2 days of work just to go to court or they have to come up with the money that is FOR their kids food or school. Why insurance companies are not paying their salaries ? Hey Guys , Why don't you ask insurance companies for a promotion ????

Plano has some of the most racists cops there. They like to rough you up while there handcuffing you. They tell you what your getting arrested for and when you see the judge the next day, in the report they arrested you for something else in the police report. They always get together as a group and come up with an excuse to arrest you. Over paid, conceded, racist, and a disgrace.

I want to spend a moment sharing how great I feel the Plano Police Officers responds to the needs of our community. Since I moved here in 2007 they have come my aid over a prowler, someone beating on my windows and door at 3:45am. Then tonight Officer T. More Badge #1733 came to the aid of a tiny kitten in motor of a neighbors truck. The neighbor was not at home so Office More found their phone number and was able to contact them before the truck was started with the kitten in the motor. The Plano Police respond to the needs of our community from the smallest to the worst disasters. Thanks again Officer T. More Badge #1733.

Extraordinarily ignorant Police Department. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I plan on taking my story and ALL of my evidence to the media to show willful ignorance and gross incompetence. Do not under any circumstances rely on this so called police department for ANY kind of protection when you are being domestically abused. Personally I believe a federal investigation should be done of this police department.

What a JOKE! I find it funny that one of the google photos for the socalled Plano "police" department is someone handing over a wad of money! Cause you gotta have a wad of cash on you to get any of them to do their jobs!

I've lived on a street with three stop signs on it for many years now, and people use it as a back entrance and cut thru from businesses and a major street. And none of them stop at these stop signs! I've lost the count of the number of THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of times where I was almost rammed, hit, sideswiped, or killed by these violent deranged criminals speeding through here 24/7 and NEVER stopping for anything or anybody! I filed complaints for years with absolutely NO interest in these violent criminals from the socalled "police" at all! Hell, even the "police" speed through all these stop signs as well, talk about corruption!

They also park on this street, and some of it is marked with a red zone stripe that says "no parking fire zone" and still the police don't do anything to these criminals! There are several violent idiots who just slam on their brakes and park in the middle of the street too! Some of them do park near the curb in the legal area, but they are like 3 to 6 feet away from the curb and STILL the "police" dont do their job and do something about these idiots blocking traffic and making things even more dangerous for everybody who lives around here!

The school buses are driven by violent criminals as well, as they speed down roads, speed through stop signs and red lights and turn right from the other side of the road and all sorts of violent dangerous stuff like that, and STILL the "police" just SIT there doing nothing!

But OMG!!! You go 1 mile an hour over the speed limit and they are all over your ass!!!

Corruption at its finest!

I would like to point out couple things.

I would like to point out couple things.
So this fat entitled person called this police department on me because I was telling her to vote for Donald Trump.
This is not an enough cause to detain me.
I did not consent to searches.

When police arrived on the scene, while reaching for his taser but without actually pointing his weapon at me, he told me to put my hand over my head and he searched me for any weapon possession.
That is unconstitutional and violation of my 5th amendment.
Part of Habeas Corpus is presumption of innocence. Therefore I am innocent until PROVEN guilty. Which means they are not allowed to force me to show them my ID nor prevent me from leaving the scene. Her accusation alone is not an evidence. I did not consent to any seizure or detainment. Terry stop is only for 5 minutes maximum. Police then has right to follow me but not chase after me. I usually show police my ID because I am not an a**hole and I like to be polite. It doesn't mean I am required to.

I did not point my revolver at anyone. She just said it because I told her "VOTE DONALD TRUMP #MAGA!" and she just did it to get me in trouble. It was obvious that she didn't really feel threatened by me because she was there casually calling the police, not running away from the scene. And how the hell did she not get in trouble?

They did however warn me against not having my revolver concealed while carrying in my vehicle. So thanks to them I didn't get a ticket.
Overall, it is a satisfactory service since they did NOT handcuff me, they did not put me to the ground and beat me up, and they did not tase me.

I came up here to request a copy of the date I was arrested and the reason I was arrested and she told me I had to pay $10 OK...I paid the $10 and then she tells me I have to go home and wait for them to call me so I can then drive all the way back up here just to get the copy . Why should I have to waste money for that copy that I can't even get right now on top of that waste my time to drive home and to drive back up here just to get the copy when other cities that are way nicer than Plano can do it for free and on the spot. People don't have time for that you're wasting everyone's time. It's stupid its in your system how hard is that.

Was stopped on Hwy 75 for traffic violation. Dont dispute violation , from the moment the Cowboy officer walked up to my window he turned the stop into an ivestigation for narcotics in my vehicle. I didnt consent to a search & he illegally detained me beyound a routine stop to have the dog walk my vehicle. They alledged it was a positive hit. So they searched my vehicle & found nothing. These lying Cowbows made the dog alert..They claimed because the story told by my passenger , and my version didnt match as to our nites activities it raised probible cause. Therefore probible cause existed .Later my passenger relayed what he told these Cowboys & it matched .. Refuse to answer any questions as to your day or life. They have no need to know these things. Stay silent.. I honestly believe had I not been vigilent they would of planted something in my vehicle.. Plano PD , your idiots & one of these days a higher power is going to expose your blantant disregard to the publics rights & your tactics.

Officers in Plano are incompetent. Court is corrup...

Officers in Plano are incompetent. Court is corrupt and operates as a big business and exhibits numerous conflicts of interest, rather in the interest of justice. The judge, prosecutor, and police are under federal investigation by the Department of Justice and FBI for suspected extortion and exploitation of Texas citizens and foreign visitors through frivolous fines, unlawful arrests, and other Civil Rights violations for profit. Know Your Rights; Take Them Down!

The City of Plano, and its unlawful court do not have jurisdiction to address the fictitious allegations they assert, disregarding the constitution and common law. Contrarily, the corrupt City of Plano bases their unlawful actions on their city codes or State statutes. Best to represent yourself. But if so, the city clerks give you the runaround, would illegally refuse to file your court documents by their discretion, especially if you have a pending federal lawsuit or tort action against the city for civil rights violations. If sending something to the court or the prosecutor, use Certified Mail, while, also, personally serve them with your docs and keep a copy for yourself.

Police set up numerous traffic stop traps around the city (no u-turn, going slightly over ever-changing speed limits, checking license plates for no insurance, etc.) Every time I travel through Plano, compared to surrounding suburbs, someone is pulled over. They even admit online their warrant list over 10,000 names. Court is backed up average 2 months or more, while they have a Collections Department. Don t Give Them Your Money!!

This court illegally and unlawfully operates without the Prosecutor or the police officer being subpoenaed, most of the time. The crooked judge does not assume you are innocent, but instead practices law from the bench by entering pleas on your behalf, assuming and arguing facts not in evidence of an alleged crime, U.S. constitutional, or State statutory violation. In addition, the crooked judge and prosecutor, in cahoots, always tactically switches the burden of proof on you, as the alleged violator to prove your innocence. They want you to quickly make an UNINFORMED plea, Without DISCOVERY material, or take a plea deal of no contest or guilty with probation and other unnecessary cost to you. NEVER answer their questions or argue with them about the FACTS, but always maintain your Fifth Amendment constitutional right to remain silent while keeping them to their burden of proof. Prosecotor may play dirty by bringing up your irrelevant past record. Moreover, the citation is only an allegation, NOT evidence of wrongdoing. Remember to send in a Motion To Strike/Dismiss, Informal Requests For Disclosure, and/or Requests For A Privileged Log, if the prosecutor refuses to disclose certain or all material to you. They have to respond within a certain time frame. If they don't file a Motion In Limine to prevent them from mentioning what they refuse to give you. They ll smile and LIE and say wait til trial, and then LIE some more.

Remember to always take someone (an HONEST lawyer or authority figure if you can), or the member of the media with you, as a WITNESS, to the court or to file your documents with this corrupt court clerk's office. Moreover, hire an independent Court Reporter for transcripts, as this court does not keep an official record of the proceedings. If they do keep a record of a certain proceeding, they will attempt to withhold it from you. Don t let these crooks intimidate you for exercising your Rights and/or challenging them on the basis of both subject matter and Jurisdiction from the beginning. Follow up with Formal complaints against them to the State Attorney General s office, State Bar Association, FBI, Department of Justice, The State Judicial Conduct Commison for Judges, Tort Actions in a state separate court or Civil Rights claim in federal court, and Claims Against Their Insurance.

To the best of my knowledge, I affirm these statements are true.

Our men and women in uniform are here to protect and help us, and the members of Plano law enforcement did it flawlessly. From my 911 distress call and through the homicide detectives investigations. They helped me through the horrific accidental death of my son. Investigations were done with the utmost respect and compassion for me as a Mother and with gentleness to the deceased s brother as well. We are grateful. Thank you for long hours, sacrifice, that is at times, non compensated and the danger you are willing to face each day.

Its an unfortunate situation, but all too common n...

Its an unfortunate situation, but all too common nowadays, that the police department no longer serves the community. At the beginning of the month as well as the end of every month, the Plano Police Department strives to meet their ticketing quota. In the Sherwin William parking lot, at 103 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75023, an officer will sit facing the stop sign, or there will be a patrol car sitting across the street in the Target parking lot, in Ruisseau Village which is located near the Sherwin Williams or near the Jack in the Box. I have witnessed this activity for quite sometime now from across the street at the Taco Bell, during lunch & in the evenings following work. Car after car is pulled over, even though there maybe a vehicle zooming down the street, the officer will not move, but instead, will wait to pull someone over if they do not "appear to make a complete stop at the stop sign". Now stop sign tickets, are $200 plus dollars, I also notice that it depends on who is in the vehicle & if they will issue a ticket; The majority of the individuals they end up issuing a ticket to are minorities and I have even seen them go as far as pulling someone over, searching there vehicle, and making them get out of the car due to the same stop sign, only to let the individual go at the end. Due to this activity, I have a acquired a dash board camera and have begun documenting the occurrences and saving the recordings. I also noticed, that I do not see them regularly patrolling all areas. I may see Plano Police off of 15th street, whenever there is a festival or I will spot a patrol car going to lunch at the Fish Shack or Grandy's. My point is, this is problematic, tax payer dollars are being wasted, officers should be patrolling the streets, not just "sitting" in one spot to meet ticket quotas.

Just like every other so-called "law enforcement" ...

Just like every other so-called "law enforcement" office in the DFW area. Nothing but lies. Keeping having psychopathic, murderous lunatics continually breaking the laws and creating deadly situations for all involved, and the police just can't be bothered.

Apparently it's legal for all of these psychotic, murderous, mentally deranged lunatics to try and kill, maim, and destroy others by speeding through red lights and stop signs, turning left from the right lane, turning right from the left lane, driving with no headlights when they are supposed to be on, running others off the roads and onto the curbs, jerking their vehicles across others' bumpers in moving traffic the SLAMMING on their brakes ( I could go on for an hour listing all the law breaking criminal and homicidal actions)...and the so-called "police" ALLOW these vicious, violent, and mentally deranged psychotics to do as they please, to whomever they please, any time they want.

Yet, for some reason **I** get a ticket for going through a GREEN light TWO miles an hour UNDER the speed limit!!!! **I** get a ticket for actually STOPPING at a STOP sign!!!!

It is blatantly obvious that psychotic, deranged, mentally unfit, and murderous lunatics are completely protected by the so-called "police" as they ALLOW these murderous lunatics to do as they please.

I've asked how **I** can get to be one of the highly protected murderous psychos.....do I need a special sticker? A special license plate? Do I have to pay somebody off? But the "police" feign ignorance and tell me there is no such thing as a protected criminal!!!!

HA!! I can stand on ANY street in this city and watch THOUSANDS of psycho-deranged lunatics break every single written law and rule there is, with NO interference of ANY KIND from the so-called "police".

Not so sure if someone didn t steal a Plano Police Department truck. Driving up I-35 in OKLAHOMA and blue Plano Police Department truck with camper passes us doing at least 90-100 mph! Slows down to 70 when they approached an Oklahoma highway patrol car And then sped back up passing cars without using blinker and tailgating. Pretty sure the same laws apply to this Plano police officer as it does anyone else driving on I-35 in Oklahoma.

Was woken up at 12:34 am with two officers ringing the doorbell, banging on windows, and shining flashlights through every accessable window due to accidentally setting off the house alarm at 12:03 am. 31 minute response time= not good. The officer then demanded they have to come in and check everything. I said no, it's late and my family WAS sleeping. Everything is alright. The officer crossed his arms and took a step towards me in a threatening manner and said he needed in MY house to ensure everyone is safe. I smiled and said no, I appreciate it, but everyone is fine, have a nice night guys. The other officer continued to illegally trespass and inspect the inside of my home AFTER being asked repeatedly to leave. They proceeded to stand in the city sidewalk easement and tell war stories about the drug dealers they had busted, vehicles they has chased, and even had the time to discuss one of their grandmother's driving issues. They laughed boisterously, and disturbed the peace in my neighborhood. We could easily hear them from inside the house. When I decided to call and make a complaint with dispatch, she said she couldn't tell me any badge numbers or file a complaint, but placed me on hold, I assume, to radio the disrespectful officers that someone was complaint about them. I went out back to make sure our vehicles were locked and security lights on while still on the phone. One of the officers was creeping down the alley, then saw me and sped off in excess of 40 mph. I felt harrased, embarrassed, and enraged. The next morning I called again to try and get information and badge numbers. Officer Eric Lenox, badge #11679, told me what i said makes no sense and that wouldn't happen. I repeatedly asked for help, and he denied me. He wouldn't give me his last name or badge number by choice, or after the third time asked. When he finally did, he was so unhappy with me he hung up. I then had to call a "special team of investigators" from the compliment/complaint department to TRY and get officer information and file a formal complaint. I got nowhere, fast! I still have not been able to get any information, or file a complaint. The process for a lawful citizen to file a complaint is unrealistic, time consuming and only purpose is explicitly stated to protect the officer from the citizen, and you WILL be fined or imprisoned if your complaint is decided in any way false or misleading. I could easily download the compliment form, but the COMPLAINT form is "corrupted/unable to open file". I thought I was going to fall over from laughter and irony. I was left with no choice but to vent here, where we will not be heard. Our neighbors were broken into a week before- I hope they received better services. Not a thirty minute response time, being treated as a perpetrator, and denied the right to say no. Furthermore, there is a yearly fee in plano for security system registration and services. I pay taxes only to be charged bogus fees to fatten the pockets of our molesters who take their time to do their jobs, and treat everyone as a suspect. I would like to note that I am a white American country boy with long hair, so race doesn't matter here- I was criminally profiled for the way I look and for the assertion of my god given birth rights, per our declaration and constitution, in the United States of America. So don't worry and breed racial injustice, as we will all become victims to the militarization of our police and their scare tactics. From now on, I will be carrying a notepad and recording any encounter with north texas law enforcement. Stop hiring childish awfulsirs (officers) for a serious task. Nobody called you, and you were told we are fine, please leave. Don't overstep your authority, and play cops and robbers at every call. It only furthers the degradation of the necessary unity between law enforcement and the community. Thank you for taking time from voicing your opinions to read about my unproffessional, negative experience with the Plano Police Department.

I support the police. They have a difficult job, and it's unfortunate that the actions of a bad few too often overshadow the efforts of the good majority. However, when I get pulled over and ticketed simply for not wearing a seatbelt - no other violation - by a young officer likely trying to advance his career at my expense, I admit I feel a little less supportive.

It's amazing that this department has such a low star rating. Let me tell you about my very own experience. I happened to be pulled over by Officer Mike Maeker for busting an illegal U turn. I have made plenty of illegal U turns in my day. Allow me to explain why this particular event changed my life. Maeker let me off with a warning. I couldn't have thanked him enough for doing that. I told him, "thank you for giving me a warning, I was already stressing about money." He said, "Let's not add anymore stress to the picture, sometimes a warning is all that it takes." I will never bust an illegal turn ever in my life! His kindness impacted me and will make me become a safer driver. I am grateful that I have had the chance to be pulled over by him. He's making the roads safer one driver at a time.

LONG BUT WORTH THE READ. Didn't want to give 1 Star.....Ok I hardly ever post anything negative anywhere, but on this day 02/09/2019 I was involved in a minor accident on the trades day parking lot where the old Garden Ridge use to be. I put my car in park and grabbed my insurance and as soon as I stepped out of my car a flat headed asian (I can t capitalize asian because this man was so rude) man came up to me saying It was your fault you hit him and I said to him, I was backing into this parking spot before he even came into the picture and you shouldn t be saying anything to me. He continued to say ugly things to me and I told him that he needs to leave me alone and let me and the man who was driving handle the situation but he continued fussing at me. That s when I told him that I might be a woman, but I know how to handle myself and the driver of the other car told him to get back, because he could handle it. The asian responded Oh you have a gun and he pulled out his phone and called the good ol boys and lied and said that I had a gun. The driver s wife/sister/companion whatever she was, walked over to the asian and gave him the address where we were and later claimed she didn t know he was calling the good ol boys when the driver asked her why he was calling the police he was taking care of it. When the good ol boys came, good ol boy 1 Fisher, came up to me as I walked out of the mall (walking towards them), he had deep frowns in his face, he harshly asked me how are you doing, before we go any further do you have a gun on you I told him no I do not, Him: I m going to pat you down to see, Me: No you re not, (I saw a good ol' boy female with him) and I said the woman good ol boy can search me but you re not. Him: okay so we walked towards the gol b woman, and gol b Reyna started searching me and raised up my shirt and I told her no! You can check me, but you re not going to raise up my clothes in public. gol b Fisher said she can search me and I said, not by pulling up my clothes. After the search, Fisher said that I was being difficult "DIFFICULT" by denying a male good ol' boy to search me... I don't think so. Another one of my complaints is that I asked the gol bs why is it that the Asian "MAN" can continue to harass me when I ve told him to get out of my face, but the gol b Fisher said, he can harass me because he s a witness . Seriously!... I ve heard it all! A man who will probably NOT raise his hand towards another man, hmmm. Reyna and Fisher both were VERRRRY RUDE and I told them both I m going to pray for you all because What Goes Around, Comes Around it might not get you but it will hit your off-spring, but you re GOING TO GET THE SAME TREATMENT THAT YOU GIVE TO OTHERS! IJS Plano police never said anything, not one word to the COWARDLY guy who reported the false report. They patted him on the back like "good work my man!" The gol'boys try to make you look like a criminal, and their approach is "Guilty until proven innocent" I HAVE NO TRUST IN THE PPD...IJS I can't hardly get over this. I'm thinking with cops out there like Fisher and Reyna, people like me do not stand a chance. Just be fair and you or your family, will not have to reap what you've sown. Do something to the asian for a false report, but Fisher said it was a "freedom of speech". I know... it's all about control and I'm a female... Got ya! ONLY COWARDS PICK ON WOMEN...!

My Phone was stolen

My Phone was stolen
Located the phone via a tracking app
Called 911 parked outside the house that stole it.
Office showed up 45 minutes later
Showed the office the location of the phone
Officer said too bad so sad we are not going to knock on the door 15 feet away and left. (seriously)
I knocked on the door and got the phone back.
DO YOUR JOB! At least you can knock on the door!
loss all respect for the Plano Police department.

I was lucky enough to be accepted into the Citizen Police Academy between Feb. - May 2018 and I learned a lot about how the Plano PD works. The Plano PD is extremely committed to community outreach and the PD truly cares about this wonderful city. It's a highly professional organization with high accountability and commitment. I feel lucky to be a resident of Plano and what this city has to offer. The city is booming and the Plano PD is doing a superb job to grow with it and meet its demands and needs. I am honored to live in a city with such a proud, honest, and professional police force. I was on a ride-along with a Plano police officer recently (May 2018) who took her time to pull over and help a man to change a flat tire. You can trust them and in turn, Plano citizens trust the Plano PD. It's definitely a perfect synergy, which makes this city one of the best cities to live in in the U.S. Go Plano! :-)

The officer, officer Elliot was in front of my mom's car, and he gave a turning signal but didn't turn, so my mom went in front of him by going slightly faster. Because of this she received a parking ticket. What kind of police officer is this????
