Elegant, rustic rooms. Unfortunately, there are only cakes and snacks. Could give something more warm.

The coffee and the cake tastes delicious and you can connect it with stars by getting a ticket very interesting
Fly me to the moon - a musical disaster. Bad singers, that hurt. 1/3 of the audience searched the break during the break. Who the hell has engaged these people? But as always, when criticism is voiced, the customer will be blamed
The "roaring" applause in the end was probably due to the fact that everyone was happy that it was over
A beautiful place! Good offer! Value for money is right. Absolutely recommended!
Always beautiful! Modern designed. Much worth knowing to see and to learn. This time we were accompanied to the concert with Carolin Fortenbacher with visual effects or history. It was wonderful.
Always worth a visit. And the viewing platform is also highly recommended.
We were on the show "Big Astronomy". The telescopes from Chile were presented. Well explained, but somewhere in the constellation would have been nice. Unfortunately nothing of the sort. And the show lasted almost 40 minutes. Very longer credits and with a visit to the toilet we were still outside after 50 minutes! Pity! The chairs are not really comfortable either. Savings were made at the wrong end. The exhibition only contains a few pictures. Where are all the great exhibition boxes with technical information? Only a few Galaxy pictures are a bit thin. I'll be back, but today I'm not convinced.
Good, educational. The only issue was the Reducing employees
A very nice way to watch a movie about the universe.
Clear recommendation.
So we were very happy. You have to get the food and drinks from the counter, but this is the quickest way to get there. The service was very friendly and attentive, even our dog got a treat ;-)
Is a nice planetarium. Very informative.
I can't say anything about the unfriendly behavior of the employees (as reported in other reviews), everything went smoothly and smoothly.
Very impressive building in really nice surroundings, modern interior with nice decoration and snack bar.
I have not seen a starry sky here but a 360 degree audiobook from the three question marks heard in the recliner. Very nice and very relaxing, I usually like to fall asleep with the three question marks ;-)
Great decor and comfortable seating, interior air conditioned.
A great building and an even better planetarium. The interior exhibition and the constellations on the ceiling of the interior are very beautiful. The wide range offers something for everyone. "The sky over Hamburg" is highly recommended! Lockers are available for free on site.
APOLLO 50 !!!!!
What a great special event for you with Best of Deep Space Night - SHOW; crazy great show;
It's always worth it. Some shows are more spectacular than others. But they are all worth seeing.
Fortunately, the staff is not always annoyed, think girls!
That was really great ... Great demonstration on the dark universe ... How a planetarium should be.
Very unfriendly staff. In particular, how to deal with disabled people is a shame for a cosmopolitan city like Hamburg.
We had a very nice time here again. For smaller children, the ideas have just the right length. Come here and enjoy the time !!!
planetarium very interesting, the view from the top offers a great all-round view. Restaurant unfortunately like canteen.
Nice and courteous staff. Despite Corona, everything went great and well organized. We would love to come back
Today I heard the three question marks and the Inca mummy.
I am 45 years old and I listen to the radio plays since the first episode. All CD's are on my shelf and every new episode will be purchased on the show.
I mean, I'm a fan!
The following is conditioned for me since about 1980 (no, not daily!): Hinkuscheln in the evening, still quickly the three question marks on, light off, eyes close. Listen attentively until I fall asleep.
So that was not such a good idea with the planetarium: Hingekuschelt, light goes out, the episode starts, the eyes are closed, I listen attentively ...
... I also heard how the three talked about the disappeared mummy in the cellar ...
Then I woke up with the shots.
Who can tell me what happened in between?
Long live the conditioning!
We looked at Queen and agree on the sixth. The sound was mau and the graphics are not up to date. The laser show is ridiculous and is easily surpassed by small village discos.
Unsuitable for music.
Unfortunately we cannot recommend this cafe. We had 2 cakes (Zupfkuchen and Bienenstich) - price 3.20 each. The bee sting was very shallow and the cream honestly didn't taste like anything. The lid and bottom were also colorless in taste. The plucked cake, on the other hand, was full of taste - unfortunately the wrong one, because what came out was pure lemon flavor. So unfortunately both missed the goal and therefore only 2 stars. Pity
Great building! Great program. Hopefully they will open again soon!
Buying tickets on the phone went quickly and easily. The staff was also very friendly and courteous but in the end you go there for the visual enjoyment, which was unfortunately very disappointing. Very poor image quality, blurry and blurred. The eyes hurt at some point and we were looking forward to the end.
Dear space fans, try to avoid the "(Best of) Deep Space Night" show. I've actually never seen such a bad show in my life. The animations were horribly bad, the light show was just too exaggerated and didn't fit the topic and then the music. Whoever has put together this fabulous bad playlist should rather be used in the chicken coop on the Ballermann. With the welcoming words: "This is not a village disco (we have good fog machines)" he was very wrong. It was one on one like in a 14 party village disco in the early 20's. The animations quickly moved away from the stars and planets so that you had to read glowing lyrics on the wall by Aerosmith. And last but not least, there is also the entrance fee of 14 euros. I ask you and spend your hard earned money more sensibly. I would also like to add that I think the informative shows are super good (which in my opinion is the reason to go there).
We had a delicious breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrace but you can also sit inside. The ambience is consistent. We'd love to come back again.
After a long time back in the planetarium and have not regretted. Was present at the show Planet Jarre and found her great.
The conversion was successful, but finding the entrance was not only difficult for me but for other visitors as well. At the beginning I walked around at the exits. Maybe a few illuminated signposts would help in the dark.
I think the renewed Planetarium really great .... always like a short journey out of everyday life.
The place, the building, the surroundings are all great, but the permanent exhibition could be much better. The merchandise products are somewhere far behind the ticket counter and there could be display samples somewhere. The selection of products is rather poor. I miss nice astro items (mugs, tshirts, etc.). Unfortunately, the high-quality projection is not used in every lecture. I would like a short 5-10 minute presentation in all astro presentations on the subject of the sky over Hamburg. There's still a lot of room for improvement.
Great performance exclude people with disabilities !!! Respect!!! Do you already have a lot of courage !!!!
We were in the Tabaluga show today with 3 5-year-olds. It was so beautiful, exciting, the music, the laser effects - all around! Friendly and helpful staff. Was skeptical, because of the quite a lot of negative comments in the reviews here. But today was pleasantly surprised. Will be there more often now.
Very beautiful place, but inside does not catch the network.
Brilliant performances, great atmosphere, a world of stars
Very nice planetarium. Unfortunately we both got a headache because the image of the dome is very far away and it was usually a little blurred. Still a nice thing
We saw rock stars. Very horny. Idea, I can only recommend!
State-of-the-art technology in historic buildings!
An absolute tip for a visit to Hamburg.
Different offers for children of all ages.
It is a very interesting, didactic place and it is worth visiting if you pass through Hamburg, but I do not recommend the restaurant that is there.
Highly recommended, attentive staff and an optimal breakfast .. we will gladly come back ...
Definitely go in, highly recommended. Online booking worked without problems, but you have to print out the ticket. Be sure to be there in time, otherwise you won't be let in. We looked at super volcanoes, but is older (2012) which you can see in the animations. We still liked it. Sometimes you have the feeling that you are turning yourself.
The view from the top is great. You can visit it for free at any time. (Monday possibly with restrictions).
Very clean, comfortable seating ... We had "Stairway to Heaven" listened or respected. The event with the music of Led Zeppelin was acoustically as well as visually a highlight ...
Brilliant performance in a 360 degree cinema. Tickets can be booked online. The cloakroom can be handed in free of charge. Entry with pockets not possible. These can be locked in the locker free of charge. Seats in the hall are comfortable and in the first rows they can be folded back so that we have a good view upwards.
BAD! There was not even an exhibition. Proposal for renaming: baby cinema.
Departure to new worlds
I thought it was an exciting movie about the Antarctic, but it turned out to be a sales show for Hapag Loyd boat trips to the Arctic Circle. For that then still 11 euros to ask entry is really cheeky. If you are then as I am 2 meters long, you have no legroom and every movement of the person in front lets the backrest press against my knees.
I would like to have spared myself that.
Were only for breakfast and we can recommend it. Planetarium's been very educational for me.
We liked it very much . Especially the 3D demonstration was really great. I can only recommend getting the tickets before you go on vacation. And natural min. to be there a quarter of an hour earlier. If you are late you have bad luck ech.
Simple but friendly staff and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. And you can go directly from there to the planetarium.
We think the planetarium is just awesome, there is no matter when we are in HH are always at least one movie that the whole family is interested.
Fortunately, at the end of the show, you will also have a co-worker who engages with the audience, and you will be asked questions, additional knowledge or a small special demonstration in a small group on the Zeiss star projector with digital 8K 3D full-dome projection and sound.
The show I watched was fascinating, the ambience, the sound, the lighting was great. I will go to another show.
Hot Spot for Hamburg Visitors, delicious Coffee and Cakes!
Worst planetarium so far. The children's shows were not clearly marked as such and even when asked by phone it was not made clear that they had nothing to do with a planetarium. We were expecting a show about space / stars or something, instead we got to see a show that had nothing in the least to do with a planetarium. The exhibition on the website could not be found either, after repeated inquiries it turned out that you could only visit it BEFORE a show. We were not informed of this anywhere either, but only explained in retrospect, so we could not see any exhibition. Overall, it's a shame, the stay could certainly have been better with clearer statements.
A really nice place for a rainy afternoon, or combined with a walk through the park also a nice end to the day. The prices are clearly worth 8.40 for under 17 year olds, 10.5 with HVV CARD or 12 for adults. As far as I could see, there was something for everyone at the performances, even for smaller ones, even though they advised against long-term performances among younger visitors. Unfortunately the access to the roof was closed with us, but is certainly a great highlight on top.
Nice cafe in the planetarium. My tip is the picnic baskets and zack out on the lawn
The planetarium is closed until February or March! XD
Very nice atmosphere. Comfortable seats. The picture and sound are good too. My son loved it too.
In the middle of the city park is the planetarium and is a great attraction for families and children. Watching a movie here is a completely different experience and not only interesting for children. At the prices you can not rummeckern.
Very well made animations, understandable. The moderator gave a vivid tour of the program. We recommend.
It's always worth a visit to the planetarium.
The sky over Hamburg was a successful, well-explained and presented event.
Many thanks to the nice staff :) on Saturday 4.8
We'll be back for sure.
Impossible staff. Guests who came 5 minutes before the start (instead of 15 minutes before) were hit loudly before the rest of us. Super uncomfortable. One of the ushers had also yelled at guests who were seated out of nowhere before the show started (we couldn't hear what exactly the reason was). The show was rather sleepy. What a shame, we were so happy!
A beautiful building in the city park of Hamburg. The pictures that are there to see there are great. Unfortunately, the viewing platform was closed.
Large selection of cakes and pastries; Prices OK. Good start / end point for a round through the city park ...
Very good and exciting demonstration. Always worth a visit.
A great planetarium. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Absolute order in terms of Corona. Often a good program. Comfortable seats. Especially the projection with devices from Zeiss impresses with its wonderful optics. Definitely a recommendation for everyone to visit this once
We saw the show "Aurora" over the northern lights. An absolute no go that even before the start of the show, the use of the toilet was refused, because then you could no longer enter the hall. The beginning was very interesting, apart from the "narrator" who wanted to be particularly funny. When the main film started, blurry, bad and unspectacular pictures were shown. Every documentary on the domestic TV is better than what was offered there. Once and never again.
I like to be here more or less regularly ... but only for the first time after the reopening. Compliments ... it was absolutely great and great. Stylish and something for the eye. The shows were and are informative, interesting, entertaining, as brilliant as ever. Keep it up! Greetings to you, Thomas.
Always worth a visit. Especially Pink Floyd.Da you just do not want to leave ....
