Had a horrible experience at the Springfield, IL location. Went on-line, filled out their form & requested a call back. 1 week later no call back. Went back on-line & filled out a second form again requesting a call back. Waited 3 days with no call back. Called their customer service line. Was assured I would receive a call back within 24 hours. Never happened. Called a second time and was given the same assurance. Never happened. Called their corporate office and was assured the district manager would get back in touch with me. Never happened. I used to love this place, but turning in my Pizza Ranch card & I'll go elsewhere.
