Appalling. Set up a new service through an Iridium Go Exec for a transatlantic crossing. Understood that excess data would incur additional charges. Was not made aware that at a certain point that the service would be barred which occurred just as we were planning around a large storm system. This was Friday, was not until Monday that this could be sorted out. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

Keep getting phone calls , I ve looked up the number and it traced back to you. Stop scamming , I m clearly not the only one since others have also complaint about the exact same thing.

Received an unsolicited call from this business today, I have your mobile number that you called me with blocked now. Please don't call again. I live in the central side of australia and there's a reason I have nsw, vic and queensland area codes blocked on my phone. It seems mobile numbers are now getting through to me. I keep getting spammed and harassed from numbers originating from these states. No one wants your business through these methods. No one cares about your special offers. You bring nothing of value to society by calling up and wasting people's time.

Having compared with alternative satellite options, Pivotel Satellite I have found to be the best, Having had Iridium 9555 service for about 7 years since 2010 and then in 2017 Inmarsat Isatphone2 for just over 2 years, I've had not had any problems at all with the services. But when I have had a question either phone or email, prompt reply without the need of followups. I would not consider any other company for future services. Having experience with both Iridium & Inmarsat im about to venture in to Thuraya service because now I hardly need a Sat phone for the casual plan $15pm its an affordable option with flexibility to change plans. Great to have one company with choice of 4 satellite services.

Satphone arrived very promptly and was the best price on the Net. Good after sales service too.

Keeps ringing me 5 times a day! It's getting quite annoying now.
