Pathetic service. Service staff irresponsible and non-responsive. They do not answer customers' calls. Every time, a different technician visits for one complaint, and they are unable to find the cause of the problem. My machine is not working since a month. 4 Different technicians have visited, yet the machine lies dead.

Cheating customer for multiple service charges, IFB should be renamed as IFB (International Fraud Brand), Customer care guys doesn't have the professionalism, ethics, etiquette towards the work and customer,AMC is big fraud.

I had bought an IFB washing machine in 20/11/18 with a four year warranty.I was so disappointed with the technicians who came from Neo services.They were trying to change a part and were charging me Rs 2800.After a lot of negotiation they reduced it to 50%.The worst part is they were trying to change it with an old rusted part.I insisted I wanted to see if the part was new,to which both were a little hesitant and said they must have forgotten it.A few minutes later they show me a packet with burnt edges showing it was tampered and the inside was rusted.I am so disappointed with IFB.Never expected cheaters.I insisted on keeping the piece and I m going to complain about this.Please insist on checking the parts before they change it.

They don't accept cash on delivery and after paying up online, they do not deliver the product nor give a delivery date. Customer service says they have no information. I have received order and payment received confirmation. Very unprofessional company!

I have purchased a IFB washing machine in Jan 19 and seems to be made wrong decision. It has broke down twice in 8 months. We have been suffering for last 8 days and IFB team and their franchisee Service center is untrained , unprofessional and very rude in response. Surely i wont be buying any other new IFB product in my home.
Stay Away from IFB.

Please don't buy IFB products. They provide the worst service you can ever think of. Customer care representative doesn't solve any problem ever. They keep on giving several numbers and ask you only to solve the problem yourself.

TERRIBLE SERVICE SUPPORT FROM IFB... Do not purchase IFB products... Waiting for installation technician for washing machine delivered a week prior... Horrible experience with IFB customer service representative and local service centre.

Please do not buy their product. My washing machine has stopped working within just 4 months of purchase, and I raised complaint on 23rd July 2017, today is 2nd august 2017, and no one has turned up. They have the worst appliances, and their service sucks. Please save yourself, and don't repent like us.

Pathetic service support. The technicians visited to service microwave does not have a clue how to rectify the problem. Struggling to get problem rectified since last 45 days, but in vain

Don't buy the IFB products..Not only there product is of bad quality but the service is worst. The problem diagnosis s pathetic and don't expect them to answer your calls and get proper response. They consider their customers fools.

Worst service and the defective products are sold by IFB India.Don't buy IFB products.They don't care about the customer.

Very poor products and very poor service. I have wasted my money on clothes washing machine you do not waste on your hard earned money.

Poor service from Deep Enterprises. Charge for everything even on AMC. Door lock was not locking properly. Mechanic suggested to change the lock at Rs. 3750/- It is not covered in AMC.

I strongly recommend people to never buy any IFB products as they are faulty and the service is so bad. I had purchased a IFB dishwasher neptune vx from Reliance digital in 14th Aug 2016. The machine did not start when the installation person came to my place. I was told by the company that they will replace the dishwasher immediately. Since then I have been following up with the company no one has bothered to replace the piece. The call centre people have given me several nos which are continuously switched off.

My warning to all those who are planning to purchase any IFB products pls select an alternate company and do not rely on there products or offers

Not even 1 star. Had placed order for dishwasher tablets on their website on 12th June 2020. Inspite of repeated calls to their customer service number (lost the count) and being put on hold for several minutes of precious time, didnt receive the same till 13th July 2020. Finally canceled the order and was promised refund within 8 days. On calling after 8 days, I was given a mobile number which no one picked up (as expected). Today is 27th July and still not received refund. On calling them, again I am kept on hold for several minutes. This is complete harrassment . Just for a refund of Rs750/- I have lost my precious time and energy and peace of mind. Who will compensate for that? This was my first experience (and surely the last) of IFB. Will never ever recomend to anyone

Had a brief pleasure of working with IFB team 'Mumbai & Goa' for sales project. Both the teams were very receptive of adaptive to any changes or new procedures introduced.

Pathetic Service!!!! Will never buy an IFB product. HAve registered a complain twice in 2 weeks and no one has bothered to even call!

After sales service is horrible. Bought a new split AC which did not work. After lot of follow up it was taken for repairs but still not reinstalled even after promise to do so. They do not even pick up the phones to let you know the status. Would never buy IFB product
