Pathetic service. Service staff irresponsible and non-responsive. They do not answer customers' calls. Every time, a different technician visits for one complaint, and they are unable to find the cause of the problem. My machine is not working since a month. 4 Different technicians have visited, yet the machine lies dead.

I had bought an IFB washing machine in 20/11/18 with a four year warranty.I was so disappointed with the technicians who came from Neo services.They were trying to change a part and were charging me Rs 2800.After a lot of negotiation they reduced it to 50%.The worst part is they were trying to change it with an old rusted part.I insisted I wanted to see if the part was new,to which both were a little hesitant and said they must have forgotten it.A few minutes later they show me a packet with burnt edges showing it was tampered and the inside was rusted.I am so disappointed with IFB.Never expected cheaters.I insisted on keeping the piece and I m going to complain about this.Please insist on checking the parts before they change it.

We have been suffering for last 8 days and IFB team and their franchisee Service center is untrained , unprofessional and very rude in response. Surely i wont be buying any other new IFB product in my home.

I strongly recommend people to never buy any IFB products as they are faulty and the service is so bad. I had purchased a IFB dishwasher neptune vx from Reliance digital in 14th Aug 2016. The machine did not start when the installation person came to my place. I was told by the company that they will replace the dishwasher immediately. Since then I have been following up with the company no one has bothered to replace the piece. The call centre people have given me several nos which are continuously switched off.

Not even 1 star. Had placed order for dishwasher tablets on their website on 12th June 2020. Inspite of repeated calls to their customer service number (lost the count) and being put on hold for several minutes of precious time, didnt receive the same till 13th July 2020. Finally canceled the order and was promised refund within 8 days. On calling after 8 days, I was given a mobile number which no one picked up (as expected). Today is 27th July and still not received refund. On calling them, again I am kept on hold for several minutes. This is complete harrassment . Just for a refund of Rs750/- I have lost my precious time and energy and peace of mind. Who will compensate for that? This was my first experience (and surely the last) of IFB. Will never ever recomend to anyone
