Amazing dinner as usual! The spicy BBQ sauce is epic!

Great food. We ordered a brisket ends platter to share and it was really good.

I m perplexed by the negative reviews. This place was awesome. My husband and I travel the U.S. for work and as a hobby, we search for the best BBQ establishments as well as pizza. We were very skeptical about ordering bbq here in the north-for we are from Louisiana where our palate is conditioned for spicy, flavorful food! Pitmaster has surpassed our initial expectations and in our opinion, is now our NUMBER 1 BBQ restaurant. We ordered the slider sampler, fries, baked beans as well as turkey. The brisket was juicy and tender-not grainy and dry. The fries were cut fresh and fried to perfection. The baked beans were amazing as well-perfect consistency. The bbq sauce...it s in a whole category of its own...packed with flavor, perfect consistency and the color is dark-not pink nor red. Color means everything in bbq sauce and too much of any pink or red means lacking flavor or too sweet or too much vinegar. The cornbread was perfectly sweet and went well with the bbq. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but after trying 49 BBQ establishments in the U.S., I think we know a good bbq place! You won t be disappointed. A little lagniappe: we did NOT get sick or have any food poisoning and if anyone read that review prior to this one, as a registered nurse, the reviewers symptoms did not imply to the bbq place. The time frame suggests something different. We will DEFINITELY come back the next time we are in Idaho Falls.

Last time I had the opportunity to eat here was like 5 years ago and tonight was everything like I remembered/missed. Thank you pitmaster for staying constant and wonderfully delicious

Super yummy food! The staff is really nice and despite a few of them being new, they have great customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

Family size of fries was like 1 potato cut in pieces... very cheap portion. Really not satisfied

Absolutely delicious! We had the brisket tips mac N cheese and cornbread and the 3 slider sampler of pork chicken and pastrami and the fries. I was blown away. This is great BBQ and you get a ton for your money. I love the set up fast and easy and we paid 20$ for great portion sizes. The meat wasn't fatty and they all had great flavor. Cornbread was moist and the fries were perfectly golden. The mac N cheese was creamy cheesy goodness with bacon and potato chips topping. The location is a little out of the way down by the LDS temple but I'm so glad we went. Great staff were very helpful and gave us samples to try and advice on what to try. One of my new favorites!

By far the best BBQ I've had in Idaho! Great prices for great food! Their BBQ fry sauce is to die for! Highly recommend! Have yet to try their desert because I'm always so satisfied with the main course.

First time eating at Pitmaster (we were on Hitt). I didn't know this was a semi-fast food place. But service WAS fast. We were in, ordered, got our food, ate in their dining area and left in the time it takes some places just to get us our food! And the food really was amazing. I had the 2 meat plate with onion rings, and the Brisket and the Pulled Pork really were that good - SO tender! The cornbread was moist and delicious, but I wish it was warm. But we'll be back for sure!

Love this place. The cornbread is melt-in-your-mouth fantastic and the BBQ is tender, juicy, and flavorful. I probably eat here more than I should, but it's close to INL and is yummy. My favorite for lunch is the "rob's favorite" with cornbread. I forget the name, but the spicy breakfast wrap is also great. Not as much a fan of the deep fried wraps though.

We stopped for lunch at PitMaster Barbeque Company in Idaho Falls. Their specialty is ribs so that is what we ordered. Each order included six very meaty ribs with bar-b-que sauce, corn bread and a side. We each ordered potato salad. It was a full meal and the ribs were very tasty. Like many restaurants in the US, you order at the counter, pay your bill and they deliver to the table.We enjoyed the ribs enough that we ordered six ribs to go as well. As the ribs were so meaty, one or two was enough for a meal with some salad.We will stop in again when we are in Idaho Falls next time.

Such a wonderful meal. Massive brisket sandwich with a healthy amount of fries, only 10 bucks. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stopped in to check out the place. We are from out of town. The food was quickly served and looked spectacular. The flavors were amazing! We enjoyed trying the three original BBQ sauces on the table. The cornbread was moist and the onion rings were perfect. I would go back just for them! We loved the homemade deserts to top off the meal. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be going back.

Very good food but the wait can vary. Totally worth it though

The BBQ has good flavor, but not much variety on the menu. The sauces aren't anything special. Food always seems to be served at room temperature. Not the best.

Their brisket is easily the best you're going to find in the area. I've lived in the south for several years and this BBQ rivals some of the best places in Tennessee.

They just started serving breakfast burritos and their amazing. I've had the brisket breakfast burrito three times now and cant get enough of them. Try them... You won't regret it. I would recommend calling in and placing your order in advance if you're in a hurry though because these are made to order and sometimes they can take a while to make.
