For a local council they do well. No they are not perfect, of course they would like to pay care workers and all employees more money. The only way to do that is to put council tax rates up even more and lets face it they are quite high compared to the cost of housing. Overall the council does a great job on recycling, parking enforcement and community projects.
They struggle with fly-tippers, people who drop litter, and vandalism. All of which costs us all money. They are OUR council, they are non-profit and they are their for our benefit. Hats off to them and the hard working employees.

They do not know what they are doing.Simply useless. We don't need them.
