I asked if I could hire them to prune a tree they said no because I don t have a continuing contract for lawn maintenance contract with them. Only after the big money I guess.
Had high hopes for this company but they feel really short. Called and had an appointment for an estimate. They showed up and were nice. They sent an email saying they would send the estimate next week. Heard nothing so I emailed and left a message. Heard nothing again. Called again and they said the guy has been in the field for the last 2 weeks. I guess they don't want my business! I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but haven't heard from them. Their follow through is horrible!!!
Great plow service and landscaping, reasonable in price and respectful employees. They do a great job every year!
