I started searching for a data entry job in May 2013. I came across Pionear Staffing in Charlotte, N.C. I posted my resume and they call me immediately! They liked my resume and offered me a job with Bank of America. Scott Cave was my contact person. He was very professional and efficient. He and the Pionear Team handled the hiring process with ease and very quickly! They made sure all the necessary paperwork was sent to me via email. Also they made sure all of my identification was in order to be able to work at the bank. They stay in contact with me via phone, email and fax every few days. Gave me instructions on what to do next. They made sure everything, and I mean everything was in order! I started working May 28, 2013. I would and have recommend them to family and friends. Not that impressed with this company. Documents that they wanted me to sign were either missing or slow to arrive in the mailbox. The recruiter who called me to sign up with this agency has since failed to respond to emails or phone messages and is never in the office when I call.
Pionear is an excellent agency to work for. Pionear is the best in the business and you can always speak to someone when you have a question or concern. They keep the line of communication open from the first meeting and all through the process of getting you working. My recruiter is awesome and very organized. I have worked with several other staff members beside my recruiter at Pionear to get set up for my assignment and they were all so understanding and helpful. I would recommend Pionear to anyone looking for work or looking to hire someone for work. They are truly the best in the business.

I had a great experience with Pionear, specifically with Matthew Clinton. I had no experience as a contractor, so Matthew guided my contractor experience from start to finish, gave great advice, and found me a position that I loved. It even turned into a permanent role! Highly recommend.

Oh my, I don't even know where to start. I have had such an amazing experience working for Pionear Recruiting and being supervised by Matthew Clinton.
I guess it has been like working for a relative that you know has you best intention at the top of their priority list. There has not been a single situation or issue that wasn't attended to immediately and treated with the most sensitive and urgent care.
I don't know another business relationship outside of medical that I have felt like I could call and talk with them about my obsevations and my situation to where they would have helped me be successful as well as totally understand my needs and over exceed my expectations.
If this was not a door opening company it would be the platform business for my career path, instead it's now going to be the place that got me to the place where I started the first days of the rest of my life.

In late fall, early winter of 2012 - 2013, I worked on site at a large company through Pionear Recruiting. I have to say that my experience with Pionear was a completely smooth and positive one. Alex Miller called me out of the blue with the opportunity. Although I used to shy away from "cold calls" from vendors, Alex's calm, professional, and cheerful manner won me over in the first conversation, and we went on to have - what was for me - an excellent business relationship. There was only one "hiccup" in administration while I worked for Pionear. Alex saw that it was resolved immediately. I would absolutely consider working with Pionear and Alex in future. Ann C.
I interviewed for a internal recruiter position with 2 of their recruit they said they feel I would fit the position then they said I needed a second interview with the owner to make their final decision. I went to that 2nd interview and showed one of thier recruiters I was with that person 1 hour then was able to get that interview with the owner at the end he said I would make a wonderful fit since I have experience and can bring a different perspective to the company he said and I quote " if you want this position all you need to do is tell the hiring recruiter that interviewed me 1st and let him know I wanted the position". So I did I was really looking forward to this position I emailed him and said I want the position and I am ready when you are, I didn't get a response so I texted him because he had given me his number for when I interviewed with him with his card and no answer. So I called the office and left a voice mail and nothing basically he ghosted me as they say. Its crazy how the OWNER said if you want it it's there but then I get treated like that. You give recruiters and staffing companies a bad reputation.
Pionear has been wonderful to work with. They contacted me with a position a few weeks prior to the end of previous engagement, and very professionally handled the transition to a new position within the same client company. Alex Miller stays in contact and seems genuinely interested in my success. I've worked for several contracting firms, and Pionear is as good as any of them, and better than most!
Friendly staff, but after I resigned from my current job to begin employment at a new company offered through Pionear, they call me up less than a week before the start date telling me the position has been canceled, and promised to find me alternative work as soon as possible. Months down the road here I am now unemployed and have never heard from the company since.
BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE FEW JOBS SO VERY FEW PEOPLE CAN START AND WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU AND YOU MAY NEVER START THE POSITION. VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE THEN WILL DISAPPEAR AFTER GETTING YOUR INFORMATION. THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION AND BIRTHDAY AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME!
Suddenly being separated from a company of 8 years, the very thought of entering the job search market again was daunting.
