We love Pins N Pockets! Live 4 miles away and frequent the facility often. Yes, the staff is nice and there's lots of fun to be had BUT (yes, the big 'but') nearly every time we come they cannot get our food order right (did I mention we come a lot). We have made several comments about the poor kitchen service to the servers and management, who are very friendly, but nothing seems to change and it's been over a year. Sucks for them since it probably takes away from repeat business and the waiters tips! Anyhow, I'm finally posting my beef online since it happened again for the gazzilionth time (typing this review while in Pins N Pockets waiting for my grilled cheese and tomato bisque which was inevitably forgotten about). For the love of God upper management, get it together in the kitchen so we can really call this a FiVE STAR experience. Until then, 3.5 stars is all you get.
