Mike McNeil is a very difficult man to work for and often expects too much to be done within a reasonable amount of hours.
Also, Butch the plant manager is an absolute jerk. When all goes well he takes all of the credit but when crap happens it is never his fault. Butch prefers to blame others and yell instead of looking for solutions. His favorite pastime is using the building security cameras to micromanage everyone on the shop floor.
Do not work here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage and getting backstabbed by your own coworkers and management.
