Straighten Up Orthodontics Review

I loved getting to meet Dr. Layman in person. The office is very clean and super high tech. I did have to wait a little but they had some emergencies come in. They were very accommodating.

Dr. Bill was very kind and thorough in explaining what was needed for me. Natalia was also helpful as she coordinated the insurance benefits and explanation.

Dr. Bill Layman is one of the best orthodontist in the area. I m dealing with a problem area and Dr. Layman is correcting it with no issue. I honestly wouldn t let anyone else but him treat me. He is absolutely amazing and the best!

This is my daughters 2nd phase of braces. Dr. Bill and his team are incredible. They always make her comfortable and talk to her about what they are doing. Dr. Bill always comes out and talks to me about what s going on and to see how we are doing.

Covid 19 precautions in place; patients wait in their cars until staff calls that your seat is available, everyone wearing masks, hand sanitizer at the front desk, social distancing between patient examination chairs, prompt orthodontist services provided.

Great experience on my visit there. Very knowledgeable team. I felt great after all my questions were answered and the way I was welcomed and treated.

We have had an excellent experience so far at Straighten Up Orthodontics. My son leaves there with all smiles and they have the highest quality and care.

I was there for my one year followup. Due to COVID, the center was modified in a very thoughtful and assuring manner. And it was fascinating to hear how Dr. Bill and his team have been supplementing the practice with telemedicine during the past six months. Many things have changed since March but Dr. Bill and his team have remained first class!

Very nice staff, felt they did not rush and took time to go over details.

The treatment is great. Good results in a short time. The team on front desk and the girls assisting the doctor are polite, calm and do a good job.
However could be more soft/ gentil treating kids. Specially the doctor Bill, looks like he don t like his job. Is like treating an prototype and not a kid mouth.
My kid already claimed about it and it s like we don t care.

I had an appointment here, when I got the phone call to confirm I explained to the caller that I was unable to keep my appointment as I had just given birth. A few months had passed and I called back to make the appointment and I was told that I needed to pay 50 dollars for missing my last appointment. I recently called back to make the 50 dollar payment and schedule an appointment The receptionist asks me to hold and transfers me to another lady who accuses me of harassing the different officers and also implies she is really good with identifying people on the phone. This woman is a closeted racist who is now comfortable with showing who she is as America is shifting and people are now able to wear the racist tendencies with no shame.

Would highly recommend, very reasonable, accomidating payment plan, flexible scheduling and such Kind Beautiful Happy people everytime you walk through the door. 2 kids down 1 to go!

Attention to detail and care for a patient's comfort! I would go see Dr. Layman.

I just got my braces off today after 3 years and I couldn t be happier. The staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. Dr. Layman is a great orthodontist and I would definitely recommend Straighten Up. 10/10.

Love this group. I have now taken 2 of my children here for braces and I love them. Everyone is always very pleasant and Dr. Layman is just awesome. Their office does a very good job in explaining things from your insurance benefits to the treatment you are receiving. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment here and appointments run on time which is a big plus when you have to work and take your children in for treatment. I always refer patients her and I know 3 of my friends have become patients here and one family member and the feed back is always great from them as well. If you need braces or any other care from an orthodontist this is the best place.

Both of my sons are patients of Dr. Layman and I cannot say enough about their incredible office. Always friendly and professional. They are the BEST!

My child and her friend had a good experience with this orthodontist. The aftercare is really nice. Appointments can be made with very little wait time, the staff is kind, the prices are fair and he offers more than one type of brace including the fancier style that does speed up the process overall. My child chose that style and I am very happy she did. Payment terms were met on credit without much fuss.

Dr. Bill is an excellent orthodontist. He was recommended to me by a friend who used him for herself, her husband and five kids with nice results. Straighten Up Orthodontics offers many options, but I chose traditional braces because they are the least expensive with the most reliable and guaranteed outcome. I m well into my treatment timeline and so far it s coming along as expected. Great service and reasonably priced. After getting quotes from 3 different orthodontists in the local area, Straighten Up Orthodontics had the lowest and best rates with the shortest estimate to get the result I want. The entire office staff are friendly, service-oriented and most of all they are highly skilled. Office is well-equipped with high-tech digital X-ray equipment and is always clean and bright. It s usually easy to get an appointment and get in and out quickly; they are considerate of your time. Even during COVID-19 business closures and restrictions they managed to keep me feeling cared for and monitor my progress through video chats. Highly recommend.
