I cannot say enough about this lender and their team - Rob, Martha, Liz and everyone else who took part in seeing my mortgage to the finish line! I have bought several homes during the course of my life and this is the FIRST time that I worked with such a professional team who CLOSED MY LOAN IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! From our first conversation up until the time of closing everyone was knowledgeable in their field, courteous, patient and on top of their game. They were always straight forward with regards to what would be needed from me, what the next steps would be and communicated throughout the entire process. I didn't have to worry about next steps or try to hunt anyone down - they were just AMAZING and I cannot say enough about the entire team. If you are in the market for a mortgage I highly recommend the Pinnacle team! I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars but the system only allows 5 - I'd give them a perfect 10 if I could!

The worst company ever, owner is very shady and his partner who is operations manger is a dangerous person. Google the owner to know who you are dealing with. Very shady company, lie, steel and cheat. Cost me everything I own to save my Family from this horrific company. Beware!!

Pinnacle lending was group was so professional and accommodating! Rob Rink and Madai were the best team I could ask for! This was my first home purchase experience and they walked me through the whole process. The first initial meetings were trying to build my credit as well as planning out exactly what I needed. It was also a very discouraging and scary time but Rob and Madai reassured they could help!

I went in to Pinnacle Lending about a month ago to purchase my first home. I was so ready for headaches and stress especially after hearing horror stories from so many people when purchasing their home. I am so thankful to Pinnacle Lending for such an amazing experience. Where to start? I was immediately preapproved by "another" lending institute. Along the way he became non-responsive and, long story short - was full of broken promises. I was referred to Kasey by my realtor. Reluctant based on the situation I was in, I spoke with him and he quickly became my hero. His knowledge is immeasurable and he genuinely cares. I am forever grateful and would recommend him to anyone!

I have nothing but tears when it comes to what pinnacle s representative Dave Romero did to our life. We were pre-approved for a jumbo loan, and we asked all of the right questions to do our homework on what to expect. Everything was a lie. Dave lied and was unethical on several issues. The first being how much we would need down, the next how much reserve we had to have, the next was how long to close, and the next, was interest rate. All of which mid- loan, I was able to look up myself what was common requirements for a jumbo loan. LET ME BE CLEAR! my husbands application was pristine! It is difficult to qualify for a jumbo. But we had a pre- approval letter. He has a stellar credit score, income verification, and we are financially sound. He was pre-approved and we have the letter. He admitted to telling us what we wanted to hear so we would not take our business elsewhere. So mid loan, all of sudden, due to his lack of due diligence, we had to come up with thousands of additional dollars for down payment, reserves, and then we had nowhere to live because he told us it would be a 30 day close but lied. We sold our home based on the timeline Dave told us. Otherwise don t you think we would have put a contingency to close in 45 days? it literally changed our lives. Everything we had planned for financially, was gone. From our monthly bills, to how much we had left for construction on our new house. We had to make arrangements for a place to live, I couldn t run my business, and worst of all, after losing our daughter last year, I wanted to desperately take her belongings from one house to another without packing them. Our life was in storage for 9 days!! He has no idea how much he turned our lives upside down , and now has refused to ever be accountable. We were stuck and had to live with this chaos. We are currently living in the worst construction zone, all because we thought we would be closed in December and could have our new home finished before moving in. It has been hell. All because he lied. LET ME ALSO BE CLEAR! We have all of our communication in email and text. Every conversation, every document. And every statement he made to us. My husband is not an amateur when it comes to being thorough in detail. He trusted Dave. The worst part was that he was so cavalier about our circumstances, which just added insult to injury. He kept saying just extend like it was no big deal! Not once did he ever apologize for his behavior. It was always someone s else s fault. That sealed the deal of complete failure for us. Not once has anyone come forward, even his boss Michele, to apologize for what had happened, to validate our experience. All they ever asked us, was to change our review and claim they did nothing wrong. This told us it was a complete failure on this entire business, not just one person. Do not use this company if you want to be treated like a human being and not a number. Devastating experience.

Terrible Experience with Marc Conn. Have a deal in escrow for 3 weeks with no communication from the loan officer. He said it's not his responsibility to provide the buyers agent with updates. When I said I needed updates he got an attitude and starting being arrogant like he doesn't need our business, so I hung up on him. He called back and told me to "F' Off". How professional. This has been an unbelievable experience. Watch out for this loan officer of you are expecting any level of service. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a loan officer.

Andrew Leavitt with Pinnacle Lending group was the most attentive loan officer we have ever had. We've been thru several brokers in the past and direct with a few big banks and by far this was the most pleasant process. Andrew positions himself and his company for success by being upfront early in the process. Andrew gets all the information necessary for the loan during the prequalification process. This should avoid what I have seen friends go thru where they are prequalified but can't get the loan approved with many concessions in the end. All estimates were conservative so that we never had to come to closing with more money as we have in past experiences. All in all a 10/10. Hopefully I'm not moving for a while but when I do I will use Andrew and pinnacle again. High recommended.
I started a refinance with this company early July! Every week through the end of October they were requesting more documentation, such as updated bank statements, updated check stubs, never ever have I sent in so much of the same thing for several months to acquire a loan. I have been purchasing, refinancing, and selling properties for the last 25 years. The only thing this company haven't yet asked me for was my blood type. To make a long story short good luck dealing with these clowns, because I'm done. A big waste of my time and money for an appraisal.
