This is the best holiday resort I've ever been to! It was so fun! It had a beach, pool, restaurants, buffets, bars, ice cream and much much more! If I could I would've rated this 6 stars but 5 is the limit! I will definitely go there next summer too!

For me, the hotel is not 5 star value. At most 4.The staff is ultra unfriendly, the plates are cleared before you're done, you are not greeted, not goodbye, they pretend they were disturbed when they see people (restaurant Staff) .. The rooms are not clean, we complained about our room there should someone over but nothing was wrong. A very small part is sand the rest is stone. View is 1 A, the grounds are very large and nice. But I would not recommend it unfortunately ..

We booked here for the first time and we are satisfied. The food is freshly prepared every day, from fish to meat, tastes very tasty 5 stars! Why I don't give 5 stars, it's the rooms, they don't have the standard like in Germany, here and there it's not clean, water runs out of the shower, our bed linen was changed after 6 days, the reception number is 4444 , just call and all complaints will be dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. The beds are nice and hard and the man or woman sleeps well in them. Our daughter is very enthusiastic about the children's disco. I think the staff is nice and motivated, not all but most of them. Service as a hotel, smiling face, all facilities are wonderful with a single word, it ensures that you never get bored in the hotel day and night. Due to Covid, nothing can come with peace of mind without hindrance, the measures are great and the view is great. Especially evening animations are great.

Nice hotel on our honeymoon. We liked the food, the aquapark pools and the beach. If you arrive with your car in Kusadasi 5 minutes, Ephesus (Selcuk) is 15 minutes away. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Very good location, beautiful views, lots of bars and in them very nice and polite service.

Cons: Each pool is full of brats, they shout and jump into the water, so you can not spend time. The hotel should think about people who want to relax and although 1 pool to secrete only for adults. The hotel looks great, the pools are clean and nice, but there are no free sun loungers, no umbrellas to protect from the hot sun, the restaurant can not hold so many people and there is tension, there are no free places to eat, the staff is helpful, but not can grow up.

The hotel is terrible. The rooms are not dirty clean. All furniture is old, safe and air conditioners of 20 years old.

We visited the pine bay, the hotel doesn t bother with the 5-star hotel, the old rooms, like in Savkovyh hotels, are not fed anymore, there are always queues for three types of meat. It does not follow, the plates are accumulated on the table, no one moves, they were in another hotel, everything is cleaned immediately, they are watched, and they are smiling. The animation is not bad.

We were in October 2015 in the hotel or in a bungalow with 2 bedrooms. My parents stayed at the hotel. The rooms in the hotel were very well maintained and always well cleaned. The equipment was contemporary. The bungalow was unfortunately in a very desolate condition. In the bathroom a lot of mold and the walls had cracks. The cleaning was not very clean. The mattress master bedroom was sweetened and laid out. Only after several requests the hotel management was ready to exchange them. After three days of rain, the walls were soaked. There was no other bungalow. We had booked all inclusive, on our first visit to Turkey, we already thought that you also find local food. These we searched in vain. The sausage selection was limited to small amounts of poultry sausage, but beef salami, the unfortunately not good tasted. Also the cooked sausage was not definable, which one took there. I had booked this hotel where I wanted to enjoy the All in concept with my family in a 5 star hotel.

Well, on arrival I was received nicely and forms signed. According to the neat lady, our minibar in our family club room was filled with cold drinks, water and goodies. This was also all-inclusive.

Then we were taken to our luxury club family room by golf cart. Once inside we were shocked. A bungalow with two rooms which turned out to be careless and dirty.

* A minibar that was not stocked and did not work
and smelled musty. As if they used one

* Mold all over the walls
* Mold was everywhere in the shower
* Shower drain full of hair
* Spider web on the walls and net curtains
* Sheets and mattresses were dirty

To convince the manager of the hotel and you I took some pictures.

I immediately called the reception that I wanted a different room. They told me that I had been given the best bungalow. I insisted to come and have a look and no one was sent because they were supposedly busy, busy, busy.

An hour later called again and no one home again. Then I took pictures of the current situation and went to the reception and expressed my displeasure in a harsh tone.
Then a so-called manager came and could not mean anything because there were no more rooms. Was sent from cupboard to wall.

It was already 6:00 pm. And finally an employee of ETS tours came where I had made the booking.

He admitted the photos and did not think this was possible. He offered me a 3 star hotel in the center of Kusadasi.
Did not agree with this because I had booked a 5 star hotel with sea, Aquapark and All in.

Then he called the ETS TOURS head office and I would get back the full amount which was transferred to many calls and 7 days. ETS tours thank you but don't do business with this hotel.

Firstly, I dont generally leave reviews for hotels, but this hotel makes me want to warn people to avoid it like the plague. Also we are still currently staying at this resort so any images you requ9re please comment and I will upload for you.

Rooms

The rooms are terrible, they are maintained to a very poor standard. Never in the 10 years i have been taking my yearly holoday in kusadasi have i seen such poor workmanship. In our room the door frame doesnt fit properly and has been packed with rolled up newspaper, the fittings in the bathroom and bedroom are all loose and as they are metal are rusted and tanished. The beds are like sleeping on hard board, so if you like a good nights sleep dont expect one without getting up in the morning with a bad back.

Housekeeping

Terrible......there is no other word to use. The rooms are very poorly attended to, the toilets are black with dirt that has been there for quite a while. Numerous times i have got out of the shoeer and by the time ive walked into the bedroom the bottom of my feet are black as the floors are not cleared. The bedding is generally stained and towels are not replaced when requested.

Grounds

On the way into the resort the hotel looks quite splendid with a long drive way opening up to an impressive reception area, unfortunately thats where it ends. The grounds are littered with rubbish dropped by guests and not cleaned away by the griunds staff, admittedly this is inconsiderate guests at fault but the hotel ignore it. The plantlife is more weeds than anything else and what is alive is not maintained. My partner reported a used tampon outside of our room 4 times before anything was done about it.

Food

Terrible......again no other word, the food is varied but thats where it ends. I'm not a picky eater at all, i enjoy all types of food, but 12 out of 14 nignts we ate out in kusdasi as the food is so bad. When you do attempt to eat in the restaurant expect long queues, very poor quality food, poor hygiene and some heated discussions betweens both guests and staff. One night there was even a fight over some unknown issue!!!! Getting a table to have a meal is also an issue, there are people literally standing up eating. The hotel has areas of the restaurant cordoned off but will not open up the areas even when people are stood around with plates of food in their hands eating.

Entertainment

Pretty run of the mill really, its not too bad and the entertainment staff work very hard. Unfortumately if your not german, russian, turkish or apparently iranian the staff are uninterested and you are ignored. This appears to be a theme of the hotel really.

Guest Relations

Dont bother, we asked for information 3 times for different things and they never have any idea and are unwilling to try and find the information to need.

Bars

The bars are readily available and of a good quality with minimal queueing. They offer a good selection of drinks and are willing to make any cocktail you request.

Wifi

Avaliable only in the reception area and very poor

I know you may be reading this thinking we had a bad holiday, but we havent. I always think a holiday is what you make it and we have had a great time, just let by the hotel and Thomas Cook.

Geographical location very well .... rich and varied cuisine ... the only little problem. The hotel would need a refreshing furniture, deco ....

I would give 4.5 and this is a real rating. Animations - SUPER. Food - cool. Hotel - approx. Views and location - WOW. It is sometimes uphill, but there are melexes that take the sunbathers to the hotel.

There was nothing stupid and there were works today

I don't know the other rooms of the hotel, but now we are staying in the so-called bungolav room, which they call club room. In our first room, the air conditioner worked like a '90s refrigerator and there was not enough curtain in the room. Don't come to the seaside, don't agree with it, the quiet ramps are waiting for you. Our room was delivered extremely filthy.

Very hilly, no good for elderly or people with walking difficulties. House keeping was disgusting, in two weeks we were there rooms were swept twice never under beds. Dust and cob webs were everywhere on arrival. Never left toilet rolls and bins only emptied every 3 to 4 days. I stayed at the hotel for the second time in July 2020. I found it perfect on my first visit.
Since this accommodation is in season, I observed 2 negative aspects.
But first, the pluses ...
* the hotel is seriously good in terms of price / performance. You get more for the money you pay.
* the staff is incredibly courteous. Especially the restaurant staff and waiters are made up of young friends in their work.
* Food is good, variety is abundant.
* Children's slide and pool are very good.
* animation team is successful. At first Cemal and his curly haired brunette friend, whose name I don't know but who is like the mascot of the place, are very successful. In the evenings, outside dancing, magic etc. team is coming, they are successful.

As for the minuses,
*mosquito. This is the biggest problem of the hotel. Especially for dinner. We got up for 1 dinner without eating anything for this reason, we conveyed the issue to the hotel manager, personally. * Another negative aspect is the insufficiency of the bar located in the pool and slides area where you spend your daytime. No alcoholic beverages in the bar in this area. To get alcohol, you should either go to the sea or go to the other pool, the distances are far and tiring. The slide and alcohol may not have been considered as the opposite. but I have not encountered such an application in any hotel. As in most Antalya hotels; People can have fun and drink.
Other than that, the hotel is seriously good.

Good:
- Very nice night shows
- Cheap enough for what they provide
- Decent food, although not great

Bad:
- Brown tapwater
- Horrible hygiene at buffet - plates and cutlery were often dirty, wild birds would perch on food and bread
- Seems like it's been renovated in the late 80s at the earliest - everything is scuffed, moldy or peeling off.
- Staff outright ignoring you when they think they have something better to do than answer your questions. Very poor English skills apart from Reception.
- Air con had black mold growing all over its exhaust vent, was very loud, could not be shut down completely, and made extremely loud screeching/screaming noises in the middle of the night.
- Shower was full of mold and the shower holder was broken. I've complained about all this to reception on the 2nd day of our 7-day stay but they did nothing about it even though they said they would.
- Close to impossible to get table service or clean cutlery at the buffet (ie: all meals).
- No real help figuring out what you can do in the resort - you get handed a paper map (which differs somewhat from the maps displayed around the resort), but no info about activities.
- Anything that you need to pay for extra is a complete rip-off: 30 euro for 30 min in a jacuzzi, 30 euro for 15 min of jet ski ? I don't think so!
- No heated pool makes it difficult to swim out-of-season.
- Attracts mostly (Eastern European) budget-holiday seekers.
- Drinks were free but absolutely disgusting - I asked for orange juice and got orange-flavored sugar water; I asked for Bailey's and got some obscure knock-off instead. I don't even know what the drink in the picture is supposed to be, there was some slimy sediment at the bottom.

Wonderful place to relax! The complex is located on its own bay, surrounded by vegetation, including live vegetation in the corridors and an entire garden by the indoor pool (unique relaxation). There is an amphitheater, an aqua park, various activities besides the beach. There are fish passages at every dive, the water is clean and salty. The food is good, both in the restaurant and in all other places, I recommend to try the beach dungeon! In general, after putting on a hryvnia from the hotel, you leave money, documents and just rest and have fun.
