Pine Bay Holiday Resort Review

the location of the hotel is great. It is our second visit and a hotel that gives service every year. their drinks and food are of high quality and delicious. animation team is very successful. evening shows and daytime activities too. We thank all the employees.

Off season, early June, it's magic, not too crowded and the impression of having this huge space for us alone, or almost. This will be the 5th time we will return this year. The buffets are just perfect, the bungalows surrounded by flowers with their own terrace very nice, fun activities, and if you want to leave the many pools and their bars, the beach and water sports are next, with many loungers, umbrellas and other bars available. In short, perfect holidays for those who want to combine relaxation and sport. Only downside, avoid July and August, too many people!

We spent a week in the hotel or in the holiday village at the end of September. The first room we got was the biggest letdown (locked closets with dirt, a lot of bugs, etc.). After the complaint, we got another room, which was a bit better.
The mattresses are extremely hard. I didn't have a quiet night. The bug problem is probably in most of the rooms. Not all club rooms are on the same level.
The worst part was the service!
1st day room service: The employee wanted to bring something to our room FAST, but it took almost 2 hours!
2. We had a problem with the safe. One wanted to come over. We called several times and were told the service was coming soon. It took 1.5 hours!
3. Photo service last day: we said that we would come over in the evening and look at the pictures! Unfortunately no one was there to show us the pictures, even though we said it was our last day! I left my phone number there, but unfortunately you can no longer show us the pictures. Nonsense!
I was deeply disappointed with the service, except for Mehmet from Guest Relations, who offered us the slightly better room.

1 star is appropriate in my opinion, as it is not a 5 star hotel! The only thing we liked was the food.
I will not visit the hotel again.

The location is beautiful. The staff were very glum and uninterested. The rooms are old and neglected. I gave two points for the chef Ugur's smiling face and good food in the food section. The facility needs to be taken seriously and the staff should be chosen well. (shower cabins from the bathroom floor to the water flowing to the bathroom needs to find a solution every day. After the shower, I tried to get out of the bathroom to the room ... The carpet in the rooms, floors, beds, quilts, towels are very old .....)

It was a hotel we went with our family and friends. we have already gone before, we preferred here again. It is a peaceful place with its location and clean air. staff is friendly. dishes are very successful. we can say that the desserts are a little weak. bartenders are very concerned. Especially Bartender Islam. He carefully prepared every cocktail we wanted, brought it to our table with appetizers and cookies. I say go to Pine Bay and don't return without drinking the mojito of Islam.

The landscape is fantastic. The hotel a bit dated, could use a renovation. The hotel area is huge and nicely laid out.

I have had many hotel trips over the years. This place was one of the best in both location and service. All the employees are helpful and smiling, and I would like to thank Mrs. Esra especially from the sales department. He was very helpful. I was so pleased with here that I extended my vacation while I was inside after logging in.

Been here on vacation in 2011 so a while ago. My family of children 1 year, 5 years and 7 years has been on holiday.

Still had a great holiday. A beautiful and cool resort with its own aqua park. The staff were friendly especially to the kids too. I certainly cannot complain about the food and efforts were also made to keep the buffet tidy. The family room we had was large and well maintained. This hotel is definitely recommended for families.

A hotel in the bay located in the pamucak position and near adalandin before coming to Ku adas . Friends who do room cleaning are doing their job well. The air conditioner in the room was not enough did not cool. Since the hotel is in the form of a crescent, you can leave the room at one end to the beach, then to the pool for lunch, then to the refectory next to the main building, then back to the pool and back again to the theater after the evening and come back to the room again (I'm tired when writing). My 2.5-year-old doesn't want to walk, and I've got a three-point snack food and bars in my lap. The best was the beach because every day the meatball grill and chicken were going very well in the rotating lavatory. Aqua park was four. The toilet in this room and the toilet in the bathroom were terrible. They must find a solution to the bees that are bitten on the ground and the fruits of the bites that surround the environment. A luxurious hotel for a family vacation. We arrived in August 2020 and despite the entire coronavirus situation, all health care standards are observed here. There is a hamam, a gym, delicious food and entertain guests. There are not so many guests, unlike the normal season, but the variety of food, activities and beaches is very pleased. We are accommodated in the last bungalow, 1 km walk, a difficult road, with insects, with stairs difficult to climb, .... even snakes we met ..., we do not have internet, cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I thank the animation team for their welcome and their dynamism. The animators are very nice, the activities diverse and varied. The shows are great especially the Fire SHOW. The meals are not bad. It absolutely sucks. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no good side. I have beds for at least 20 years, and my back aches. Drinks are very bad. There are better hotels for the same money. It certainly does not give the money's right.

It was the best resort i have ever been to, its beautiful, and the people are very nice. 5 stars for this beautiful place

well, the hotel is not that bad, that is if you like steep slopes and enjoy walking for a while to get anything done. We started off on the wrong foot when our room was not ready until 16:30, we had to wait for hours, and we where not alone as other guests where complaining about the same. Food was ok, lots of fresh fruits. The pools not very impresive but ok. The beach was disapointing, stoney and not very big. It was also a chalange to get a sunbed, they seem not to be in suficient quantities. Will not visit again for sure.

Hotel well located 15 minutes from the center by car. The food is good, the club rooms are good just had a little water problem in the bathroom but that was quickly settled. The animation is top.
