What was it disappointing. Long lines ... cold food. Old and run down. Bugs in the pool. Bad English. Worked hard all year to pay for this. And it was not a nice vacation. Didn't come home with a good looking back feeling. Too bad money if you book here.

We started our holiday with a great welcome. The interest and relevance was really great. It is very good that the food is open buffet and it is varied. We had a safe holiday during the pandemic period. Evening animations and daytime activities, zumba, gymnastics feel very good. We added joy to our enjoyment with evening shows. I had a great holiday. We have been coming for a few years, we are very pleased, especially with the remembrance team, we had a lot of fun, we had a constant chat and very smiling faces.

Pine Bay Holiday Resort is a nice place to have a great, relaxing vacation. Especially with, or for kids, this hotel can offer everything. The hotel team is very accommodating and very nice. The animation team was especially great for us. Fun and games every day. We were there for the second time because we thought it was great on the first visit.
The staff are very concerned, the food is very diverse and delicious, very large, everywhere with green nature, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are constantly being cleaned and the reasons for the really clean pandemic are met with great care. We know well, we had a lot of fun, thank you for everything.

The sea is choppy, not enjoyable. The hotel is very very poor regarding cleanliness. The towels were gray and torn. The hotel is very old ... the bugs have an issue ... the meals are very poor except for the a la carte. Alcoholic drinks are very bad ... would not recommend.
It's not really a 5 star hotel, rather 3, the rooms have patched walls, with cracked walls, and there are no windows in the bathrooms
Inability cooks, incapacitated cleaners, bad animation and the worst alcohol the man can offer. The beach and the water is really nice but the hotel can not go wrong. As you can see in the pictures our bungalow where we were in an unacceptable condition and our complaints at the front desk brought nothing. The food was either cold, did not taste or was of the last day. The entertainment in the evening was not entertaining, especially because man noticed how little desire the entertainers themselves had. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 5 stars and certainly not this star in my review.

Worst 5star hotel i have ever been to. The rooms are not maintained, there are cracks on the floor, our toilets had an unpleasant smell , we was moved to two different rooms and that didn't solve our problem. The cleaners do not come to come the rooms, if you tell reception or guest relations all they do is apologise and the worst part is they still don't get it done . O wouldn't advise anyone to stay there

Our stay at the complex began with disappointment. We arrived at the hotel and had to wait all day in the lobby. They wrote at 2:00 pm but we were accommodated at 5 pm not only we waited and other people were essentially rooms not so clean offered in the rooms there were baths but dirty just no words at all did not fit the criteria the food was a fancy fish restaurant only offered and the only pangasius alacanthra restaurant and we were a complete failure in the italian hole even at that evening the masses and were close to some english people became unable to eat for me this hotel is five star only in area with nothing more

Great value for money. We only stayed for one night so didn't get to benefit fully from the facilities but what we did see was great. The cocktails included in the all-inclusive were much better than other places I've stayed in the past. Was also a great surprise to find out we could hire a canoe as part of the all-inclusive package. The room was really nice, we had booked a room without a balcony so was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony on arrival with an amazing view. The buffet food isn't the best but it's still fairly decent.

I stayed at your hotel for New Year's Eve, I have been retired, I have visited many places, so I want to make a good reference to those who want to come, first of all, we are in winter and I have warmed up perfectly in the room I live in Ku adas . I was also surprised if the bartenders would be so patient they raised all their customers whatever they wanted, high quality brands were offered including new New Year's drinks for example new raki etc. If you want to eat, they fed them to the brim with barrels in the evening, mulled wines, sausages, kokorecs, tripe soups, what should I write? as if there was a feast of food, breakfast, lunch, the kitchen was open all the time, the staff at the reception were very kind and concerned, and there is no problem with cleaning.Almost cleaning tasks will sweep away the food left by the customers who want to give something to a few cats. :) I think to surprise my daughter during the semester break, I hope I find a place ...

A wonderful hotel with all its nature I can only say on the island
It was booked for 5 people (one family). We got a double room with two showers and 2 toilets in a semi-detached house. Unfortunately there are sagging beds. Air conditioning not working properly. Furniture is sometimes no longer nice. Food is from average to good, but be careful with the dishes - it is sometimes not well rinsed. The beach is self-made, subsequently built with sand. Bathing fun balanced by several pools. The staff tries very hard. Paths with partly very steep and wide paths, not well suited for physically handicapped people. Not enough seats in the main canteen. The hotel must have looked good when it was young, but it's no longer up-to-date today. I would never book this hotel again.

Fantastic place I recommend. Nice service. Tasty food. Very good drinks - alcoholic as well. Possibility of practicing water sports. There is a hairdresser, spa, gym. Animations for young children. In the evening, animations for everyone in the amphitheater. There is a water park. It is possible to take a taxi to the city for a few euros for shopping. The rooms are usually cleaned daily. There is air conditioning. You can find a house with far access to the sea - but with a beautiful view :) Very large object so there is something to do. Large table occupancy at meal time. Pools with fresh and reasonably clean water. I would recommend.

First of all, the facility is located in a very large forest area. The view is enormous, even for the view, you can travel for kilometers. We were worried about whether to come or not due to the pandemic, but as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we realized that our concern was unfounded. They are very meticulous about hygiene. The pen I use is not given to someone else without disinfecting it, for example. There are disinfectants in many parts of the hotel. I have been here for 5 days, I have not seen a single employee without a mask. The waiters (including the big brother at the fireside) are quick, practical and friendly. The food is delicious. The sea is a bit choppy, but everyone can enter the section separated by the breakwater as a children's beach. There are lifeguards at many points. 2 large pools 1 aquapark is quite big. The animation team does its job with heart and soul. Good team. For me the only minus of the hotel is mosquitoes. Since it is a forested area, never come without off lotion. My advice to those who stay in club rooms is from 1201 to 1205 and also the upper floors of these have full sea view. We will leave satisfied. Would I recommend it? Of course yes !
