Pilot Netclothing has been providing me with clothing for as long iv knowen what fashion is originally i rember it being on st Martins square . Then it moved to the Top End of the Hight Street inbertween Lumbers jewellers and Lovers Lane With a blend of heritage and cuting edge style with a forward thinking attitude to all up and cumming looks and accessories. *****

I recently ordered a top that was packaged appropriately and delivered on time as advised. Communication was spot on throughout. Unfortunately on this occasion I had to return the item. I was worried initially that I could only contact them via email but I needn't have worried. Customer Services, Claire, was wonderful. She responded really quickly and was helpful and constructive. I returned the item and it was refunded accordingly. I will definitely buy from here again with absolute confidence. Thank you Pilot for such excellent service.

I called in on the off chance for last minute Christmas shopping found everything I wanted the staff were very patient with me as I floated arround the shop making up my mind very good quality

I'll never shop here again. Been coming here years. The last few items I've bought I've had minor issues with. But the last couple of tops I've bought. I've had buttons fall off. Bought my son a Hugo boss shirt for a wedding. All the buttons fell off. Rang them not interested. Well my friend. I won't shop there again and neither will my friends or family. So that's a lot of custom. Enjoy.

Could not disagree more with the other review, everytime i have shopped in pilot they sales team have been friendly, helpful and chatty its a refreshing change from the large companies who just look on customers as a number. Dont let negative reviews put u off, i for one couldnt rate pilot highly enough

The shop is poorly stocked and even tried online which was out of stock. The only stock in there seems to be on the shelves with one or two sizes of each, WHAT A LET DOWN!!! The place has gone down hill in a big way.
The service in particular was very poor with a teenage sales team who don t have a clue about how to treat a customers and have very poor knowledge of what they re doing for especially the blonde girl and and 2 young sales guys who were more interested in their conversation regarding NYE plans.. I will not be shopping there again in future.

These guys were really great. I had a wedding abroad to go to and was desperate for a whole bunch of stuff I was after. Not only did I get everything I wanted in one shop but they were good enough to make a special effort on the delivery to ensure it got to me. They even followed up with a call to ensure I got the items and were happy. I have told all of my freinds about this little hidden gem.

Ordered an item online & received a confirmation email but after waiting for it for several days had to call the shop to be told sorry the item is out of stock , but the item is still showing as aviable on the site they are scammer Watch out

I LOVE this store. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and available to give me that much needed advice. Generally I hate shopping, so to find a shop that always goes above and beyond has helped me no end. The clothes are beaitiful and you always feel fab with whatever you wear. 5* service 5* clothes 5* brilliant!

1st class customer service. ordered online needed to change a couple of things, emailed Claire and got an answer straight away, really helpful.

My order (WEB15400) was never recieved. I proved to the horrendous manager there that dpd had not delivered it to me but had instead posted it elsewhere. His response was to tell me to go tell the police. Since then they have ignored calls and emails and I am now taking legal action. I would advise against shopping here on line as they are untrustworthy

I have to disagree with the 1 star reviewer.I ordered a CP company jacket from Pilot which the couriers managed to lose.I spoke to customer services who contacted the courier & I received delivery two days later. I subsequently returned the jacket as the sizing wasn't quite right for me and received my refund without any issues.

Great range of high end luxury designer clothing. Love that I can get quirky and unique pieces and the sale is always worth checking out.

Nice set of clothes, well organized by size, color type of clothing. Reasonable prices, nice atmosphere.

Rubbish store, sells items online that aren't in stock then takes ages to refund your money and blames it on a "warehouse issue". Don't use unless you want to be inconvenienced.

Customer service is very poor unfortunately, expected much more.

Ordered a mens ring online, size was too small and wanted to exchange for a bigger size.......... simple right.
Didn't get a reply back from the online team after sending several emails for 4 days.

I paid for the postage for the item to be returned in exchange for larger size, then I was told from staff from Pilot over the phone they will not be able to do as such.


Not only I have now paid for postage to return the item, and no exchange but out of pocket because they have deducted money to claim for their postage cost!
disgraceful.
Do Not Order anything online from Pilot, they are unprofessional and will rob you.
