Interviewed with them and got selected year ago, but they make fool by signing up a 2.5 year bond with very low salary. Infrastructure is also not good.

If you are radha soami you will get promoted otherwise no benefit to work in this organization

Before appearing for an interview at bayatree make sure you are clear about the bond terms as I faced such a situation and was shocked when I read 2.5 years legal bond.

Great experience, I started my journey with Bayatree infocom family as a trainee and received a great support. This organization provide me a great opportunity to work in US healthcare domain and to learn more about that. I seriously appreciate there help and support.

Joining BayaTree as a fresher has been one of the best decisions I have made. The three and half years I have spent with BayaTree have been the most productive and fun-filled years of my life because in these years, I have gained a tremendous amount of learning.

Never go for job in this company. They want ur original certificates. Its illegal to take documents. Just because you are fresher doesn t mean you can allow them to do whatever they want. We need job but always remember companies need employees to.

You are only eligible for interview if you can sign 2.5 years bond and they will keep your orignal documents.
Poor dealing with candidates.
For me it was just wastage of time.
No satisfaction of job.

I worked with this organisation for almost 3 years as Associate Software Engineer. Those were my initial days in IT. I learned alot and what I am Today is just because of this organisation. Great place to start your career and learn to become professional. Virendra Goyal Sir is the CTO and best Guide.

Not good for freshers. They want your original certificates and 2.5 year bond. These are there mandatory conditions. The infrastructure of the company is old, simple and common. It is located on the first floor.

Avoid freshers....they dont give training .they recruit only experienced candidate so guys plz dont waste your precious time

A good organization to work in. You will learn a lot of things and also learn how to work in corporate world.

It's an startup.....I went for the interview...cleared most of the rounds...but the worst part they keep the original documents for 3 years of bond..
