Customer service is very poor unfortunately, expected much more.

Ordered a mens ring online, size was too small and wanted to exchange for a bigger size.......... simple right.
Didn't get a reply back from the online team after sending several emails for 4 days.

I paid for the postage for the item to be returned in exchange for larger size, then I was told from staff from Pilot over the phone they will not be able to do as such.


Not only I have now paid for postage to return the item, and no exchange but out of pocket because they have deducted money to claim for their postage cost!
disgraceful.
Do Not Order anything online from Pilot, they are unprofessional and will rob you.
