Outstanding firm - they were always there to answer my questions.

My name is Neil Terrelonge, I have known this law firm of Bernstein Liebhard for little more than 2 years. For that period of time, I must admit that I am very happy with the law firm at hand . This law firm is handling my Mesh case and not only am I happy with their professionalism to say the lease, but their response is like no other law firm that I have known. There have been many times were several questions have come to mine and found myself lost with questions that I could not answer on my own. I have to give thanks that with just a phone call I was either left with the answers that I needed or found myself talking to a receptionist by the name of Elizabeth Pagiatakis who I consider a breath of fresh air just with her profession way of handling phone calls and reassuring you that someone from the law firm will return your phone call and to my surprise that is within the day. Not only does Ms. Pagiatakis reassure the return phone call, if there is a question that is answerable to her knowledge she will try. She never allows you to feel as though the phone call was a waste of time. I have enjoyed being associated with this law firm so far, I have absolutely no complaints when dealing with this law firm. I am happy from the time that I call them to answer a question until the time that they have taken to answer the question. I would definitely recommend Bernstein Liebhard Law Firm to anybody who desired a law firm. Thank You Bernstein Liebhard .

Only reason they got one zero is because I can't give them zero Stars this is the most worst place I've ever been a waste of your entire life is been over three years we have more than enough documentation of what Levaquin did how it robbed my mother of her entire life but no lawyer ever called her no lawyer ever discussed her case three years they promised promised every every week for tell me two more months two more months three more months two more months 3 months. We're almost done that we're almost done now they never wants to talk to her and never once I went through any of her files I'm very interested to see if anybody from the Levaquin case got anything at all so joke I've ever seen in my life
If you're looking for a lawyer by the love of God pick anyone ELSE.. ANYONE. Like a dog catcher or a small claims ambulance Chaser would be better

These people filed a class action lawsuit that hurt the stockholders worse than the company they filed against did... if in fact that's what happened. While the shareholders "may" get a few dollars, this was just to line their own pockets. Complete money grabbing scheme.

extremely disappointed so far... submiteed a free case review on 12/23/14. its 1/23/14... 30 days later. seems to me that I should have received SOME KIND of response. Ill go with someone else.

I am writing you about two of your employees , Erin Brown and Chrissy .Every time I called Chrissy she was pleasant, professional and directed my call appropriately. Erin was all of the above and more.Erin answered all my questions and if she didn't know she would find out and get back to me in a timely fashion. I also spoke to MR. Morris Dweck he answered all my questions.

Absolute worst customer service i have witnessed. They must have gotten their degree from a cereal box. Dont waste your time here if you expect an outcome in your favor or a human being who cares about you at all

I i ve been a client of Bernstein/Liebhard for many years now involving a product liability suit involving an antibiotic. I must say at the onset of my case I was not familiar with the legal process, but thanks to the expertise, knowledge and compassion especially of Erin Brown, I have learned so much about how the process works. Erin has guided me through this entire process and has always had such patience with me and takes the time to explain all the intricate steps of what is involved in the suit. Whenever I have called the firm for updates on my case, Erin has always gotten back to me in a timely fashion and relieved any anxiety I may have. This is an extremely competent and knowledgeable firm and Erin is top notch in my book! They have worked very hard to bring resolution to my case and now that we are in the homestretch I know that they will leave no stone unturned until they bring resolution for me. I would definitely recommend this firm and I know that should I have any further needs going forward I would certainly come back to Bernstein/Liebhard and seek out Erin for advice. I am part of a class action suit and Bernstein Liebhard has represented me absolutely above and beyond. I've never had a problem reaching them and Erin Brown has always returned my calls or emails in a very timely manner. Erin is more than just proficient at her job, even though I live all the way across the country from New York she has made me feel as if Bernstein Liebhard is right here in my area. Erin has been a genuine pleasure to communicate with whether it be phone or email and she knows her job very well. As a former manager I can say having people on staff like Erin Brown is a workplace of integrity, which I have found Bernstein Liebhard to be.

I have to admit I always thought all attorneys and attorneys offices were the same but working with Elizabeth in a legal matter has made me change my mind about your office anyway not all offices but you have the best staff and I hope they re rewarded appropriately she always return my calls Always answered my questions and really has the people skills

Every business needs.. as a business you probably think all you have to do is a good job and that s it but I can assure you that every person your clients comes into contact with makes a big difference in how they determine how good you are .

Whatever happens in my situation I can only give you a a AAA plus ...

Hired them many years ago for Fluoroquinolone lawsuit.
They found all my records for prescriptions to verify case, but could not find medical records to confirm I had correct diagnosis so I had the very painful tests all redone to confirm. I sent them test results and I was told they had everything they needed and would need to just wait now for case to go to court. After 3 years they send me a letter saying I don't meet the case criteria. I did when I started, don't understand what changed. I call several times and was told somebody would call to explain but never got a call back explaining what had changed. I have neuropathy so bad no, just sitting on couch is painful. Sad when you wait years and then are told they changed their mind

its been almost 6 years and still no settlement check as promised. They had me sign some documents to release the funds to me back in July 2019. After they received the forms, they refuse to return my calls. For the last 7 months, I ve left numerous messages for Erin to find out where my settlement went or where the case is as stands. The secretary Chrissy continues to fill me with empty promises for a call back. I ve filed a report with the BAR association. I m curious to know how many others who were involved in the leviquin class action lawsuit are still waiting for a response,settlement or call back from this group? If so, please reach out!

I am very pleased with this law firm. Everyone has been very professional and helpful. I admit you have to be patient but any worthwhile legal matter requires patience. I would definitely rate them a 10.

This law firm is a sham against the citizens..compaint being filed immidiately. I only gave 1 star so i could comment..otherwise it would be a sub zero..

Bernstein Liebhard was great every step of the way. The took the time to listen to my issue with my hearing loss. They are helping to get some resolution of my issue even if it's permanent I'll have support and the resources to deal. Thank You!

Firm took good care of me. They were always were available when I called. They obtained a fair settlement. It took a few years more than i would have liked, but that's the justice system for you.

People are complaining about the time that it takes to settle. There is a such thing called a judge and he or she makes the final decision, not your attorneys. This law firm has done nothing but help me 100%.
