Great Place But Dont like how they picked the people to get rid of. New to this company and they got rid of me. Which I understand its a temp. job. But its people who been missing alot of days and coming to work late and lets not forget wearing what they want to work and havent been doing no work at all they should been the ones who got sent home. The pay is good but you actually supposed to get paid on pay day. So this company have its pros and cons. I just dont think its fair for people who fall all the rules and work very hard get laid off before people who does not.

This company has always placed me in the field with an opportunity , sometimes 2x or 3 in a year. Always a challenge with the clock . Such is deployment. Great company and for newbies.. travel is part of the job, no sugar, just work and make your notes on time and utilize whom ever they assign to make you shine for their client. A happy client keeps us all in the field!

There are certainly ups and downs of the insurance business. Management has their own agenda that does not align with company goals. Expect to get released.

I've never been through any catastrophe before and had no idea what to expect . The pilot team from the beginning were always a phone call away to answer any questions I had . Brian Frank , Bonnie McDonald were very nice and Jacque Frasier was great too . I feel lucky that American Bankers insurance chose this company to handle my claim .

Literally the worst run company I have ever worked for. Going on 4 weeks now, and still have not received my a check. No one is helpful in any department you are transferred too, and Noone seems to know the answer to anything. Definitely will never work for them again, nor recommend them to anyone looking for a job. 2 thumbs down!!!

Recently started full time with the company. I've enjoyed working here so far. With all these reviews please differentiate between full and part time jobs. The temp storm jobs are a different animal from internal ones.

I was employed with this company, on 9/6/2017, I released myself on 11/22/2017, due to being out sick the week before and was still sick and going to be out of work more, the job was a 3 month deal anyway and my time was coming near, I was under Allison Hearn, / Scott Freeman, I had no clue what I was walking into, my daughter works here Jessica Everett. She encourages me to take the job, even tho it was temporarily. I learned so much, in the short time I was there, it was very rewarding to learn something new at 54 years old, everyone was helpful. A stranger could walk by your desk and you say hey can you help me, and boom they helped you, I want to try and get my state license so I can continue this trade. Yes it did get stressful at times, but so rewarding too at the same time, Allison was helpful to me. And I still have her voicemail telling me I could come back. The pay was great and payed every week..I saw how this company gives to charity, and that really impressed me...I would give more stars but I can only give 5....Thanks for the experience and I will be back I hope....
