BBQ.. you know it's good. But their cold noodles and mook sa bal (korean pudding with brooth) is so good you won't believe. Have a piece of glabi on a bowl of cold noodle! It's heaven. Bossam(boiled pork belly with veggie) is great. Above all, their soju(Korean alcoholic beverage is served chilled in a professional Soju refrigerator.... right Soju temperature means everthing!!!

The hot and cold noodles are tasteless, and the order is twisted and water cold noodles are ordered, so the cost of 2 dollars is a true story...

Cannot feel any airconditioner on or not just too humid and discomfort at all. Most annoyoing things was extra 2 bucks charged on asking spicy sauce of cold noodle. Just too bad. I won't go again.

Been there 5-6 times now, last time was this weekend, food is nothing special I say 6/10, service is 5/10.
Also when they tell you that you must order the same type of meat 2 order at a time, I think is totally BS, so basically you end up don t like it, too bad you eating it.
I would only recommend this place if all other korean bbq in the area is close.

The food seemed more authentic before the renovations. Staff were also not as picky with asking for additional rounds of side dishes. The server staff said wouldn't give us a second round because we just finished cooking our meat.. i understand her point that side dishes are intended to be served with the meat but it was just off the grill. We hadn't consumed it yet. Anyways i wasn't going to argue with her but it just ruined the meal.

Anyhow, their signature pork belly is way better then their traditional pork belly. The cuts are thicker and has more fat, if you like it juicy. Food is still good, just didn't appreciate the server.

$ 65 per person + tips. The most expensive Korean food ever! It does not worth this much. Tete is not worth it, five of us ate, ordered two beef, two pork, two rice, the three bowl of soup, a bun meat, three cans of Coke. Tipping is not $ 65 per person. Shocked, home feces are afraid to pull the bubble feces it too expensive.

One of best korean restaurant I have ever experienced. Side dishes, main dish everything was perfect. They use high quality of Food ingredients. Also many staffs working there serve customer with no delay call. I remembered there were about 12 servers. Very kind, they know what to do. Owner knows how to run restaurant business. Definitely will go again soon.

As I shared the growth of transplanted grafts, I am very upset when I am treated like this.
After three people, my husband and my daughter had two portions of pork belly, and I didn't eat any meat, so we had tofu tofu separately. After the side dishes came out as the meat was set to grill, the steamed rice that I ordered came out. You can't give a side dish to bake. It's like you treat me as a true guest ...
It's too absurd for me to recommend it to people around Toronto as the representative restaurant for Korean citizens.

The pork bone soup is not cooked long enough, so the meat is still stuck with the same bones. The server that helped us barbecue the steak was in a hurry. She put everything in the frying stove all at once, ruining our plan to savour the food one at a time. Some tables are too crowded.

I went this authentic Korean BBQ place last week with my friends. There were several patios and each has charcoal grill. One young lady served us with smile and kindness. She recommended us boneless beef rib and marinated galbi. Both were so delicious and moreover, I felt the server took care of us until we ended up the dinner. We were satisfied with service and food. But one thing I felt inconvenienced was waiting.
I visited this restaurant sometimes before lockdown and it was always busy, so I had to wait on line up. It happened again this time. We made reservation and arrived on time, but we had to wait 10 more minutes to be seated. However, it worth waiting and money.

Usually 20-40 minutes line up expected. But if you want a quality REAL korean BBQ, not those fake ones flooded in sauce and MSG, this is the place. If you REALLY wanna show off what true Korean grill is about, among few places in Toronto, piggy's is def something I'd be proud to take them to. Price isn't friendly but you will be stuffed and meat quality can't be ignored. Their soy paste stew is pretty good too, goes well with marinated kalbi.

Busy and packed but service was good. The only issue i had was that we ordered 4 persons portion of "pork galbi(ribs)" but the meat that came out was not ribs but pork shoulders which is a cheaper cut of meat. The menu does mention that Galbi menu is a mix of rib and shoulder but what we got was essentially 95% shoulder and the whatever rib we got looked like it was a scrap piece.

The food quality was good. However, service was a bit spotty and it took multiple tries to get the servers' attention or we had to repeat our requests to a few servers before our requests were taken care of because they forgot.

We went very late for 6 of us in the evening, the waiters were nice and the barbecue was delicious! A few side dishes are also delicious!

In short, I think their home is delicious, that is, when we ate almost no one, they played a song of ghosts.

We thought they might be off work and just left the checkout. I think it's a bit expensive for me to give 40 by myself, probably because I do n t eat much. Hahaha, I just went to watch the phone.

Food is always good here, and their service is great. Very organized, polite, and quick to bring it the food. The only complaint I have is that they don't take reservations, and the wait can be quite long.

Food was okay but the cup was cracked and leaking on the table and we had to clean it up ourselves (couldn't get the attention of the staff). Did a lot of self serving to get napkins to wipe it down and new cup etc

I have been going to this place for lunch and dinner for years now and I absolutely love it!

I usually go for the BBQ, pork belly and marinated beef are good standard options (minimum 2 order for each BBQ item you order). The meat is always high quality and tasty! The side orders are always delicious - my favourite is the pancake (no refill for this one though, but first one is free). Many of the non-BBQ items that I've tried were good too, so probably most things here are pretty good.

The service is great, but can be slow during weekend dinner times when it is busy.

They have a patio too which opens when it is warm out!

Authentic Korean food in Thornhill!

Authentic Korean food in Thornhill!

Our party of six consisting of three adults and three children arrived at 5:20pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately, and lucky we got there early, because when we left an hour later it got so busy.

The restaurant looks roomy but the booth type seating areas felt tight. For more leg room there I saw seats in the back corner with movable benches, and also two tables with chairs.

We ordered Kalbi (short ribs), Squid Bibimbap, three marinated beef Korean BBQ style, and got all the side dishes including this Korean pancake that looks like a small pizza, filled red peppers, red onions, and squid!

The first two marinated beef was good, sliced adequately, and not too sweet for me. The third order, which was a garlic beef, was a little chewy for me, a different texture then the first two. The Kalbi was good, my son really enjoys eating this when we go to a Korean restaurant. The Bibimbap was a mixture of sweet and hot.

The food overall was good, but the portions of Korean BBQ meat I thought were small. Please note that you are required to order two marinated beef as a minimum order for Korean BBQ, as I understand it. Each order of the beef was $34.

The service was great, the servers cook the meat for you and replace the grill as it turns black. What was an eyesore for me was pop drinks, I believe it was, stacked at the front of the store in the eating area. It looked to be blocking another door, perhaps a fire exit door? Good place to meet with friends, but get ready to pay as it can be costly.

Great Korean restaurant! Had a Korean bbq, unlike any that I have had in Montreal. My brother has eaten there so much that when he went to South Korea for work, he impressed the locals that he knew the dish and how to eat it :) highly recommend!

Their food is really good but they lack customer service when it comes to a large group. They also failed to tell us over the phone that they don t split bill even though we asked for reservations for 10 people. Everything came slow and we waited over an hour for our food to come, some things are way over priced such as their grill options so if you plan to grill be prepared for anything over 80$ for two people.

This place is amazing!

This place is amazing!

I ordered the seasoned pork belly BBQ. Right off the bat, I appreciate the cleverness of the grill itself, it is designed to sit at an angle with a drain at the end to prevent melted fat from accumulating. There is also a compartment just for grilling garlic slices so it doesn't get soggy from the pork.

The meat itself is good quality, and when you order a portion for 2, it is enough for 2 people, because on top of the pork belly, you also get these amazing side dishes that comes with the meal - a lot of it (and you can ask for refills). My favourite side dish there is hands down the "pork skin", which sounds gross but it tastes great (though not always avaialble). A close second is the salad with the sweet sesame dressing. YUM!

The only thing I don't like, and I am being picky here, is the "bowl" they give you for the carbonated rice wine drink - it kinda looks like a pet water dish lol. The drink itself is great and I highly recommend it!

Everything including free apps cost $50 including tax and tip but you can really bring 4 people there with just the two orders. The portion size is huge!!! Great atmosphere and great food!!!

One of the better korean bbq places in town? They have quite the selection of meat and the pork belly with kimchi is actually pretty authentic and Im a personal fan of it. They do a good job of the entire range so Id definitely recommend it.

Very authentic Korean BBQ restaurant, although it's not all-you-can-eat like some others. Service was not bad, and they let you refill any side dishes you need. It's great if you don't mind overloading on greasy korean style bacon. Worth at least one visit.

Great Korean BBQ. Also the ventilation is good so you won t smell like meat for weeks after. Get the soju. If you don t know which one I am referring to just order all of them and let god sort it out! Having done that twister karaoke is down the way but after the soju tasting you will need an Uber.
