Very polite and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone hosting a big event. They did a fantastic job at the fund raising event I was involved with in Atlanta this summer. No hassle, professional service.

I can t leave a zero review or I would. This valet company gave me back my Grand Cherokee damaged after eating at restaurant. Because it was dark and how I got back in car, I didn t see the damage to my front panel until the next morning (Friday). I immediately filed police report and called valet company. Vince called later that day and said he would look into it. He then told me Saturday that he couldn t get footage until after the weekend. Followed up the following week, he had nothing, mean while he was trying to make me get footage from my apartment building cameras to prove that his guys were at fault, I was in able to do that do to not being able to get a good shot. His stance the whole time was if you can t prove we did it, I can t pay you anything. I later found out that he never actually contacted the manager of the restaurant I was at, and their video footage that would have shown damage deletes after 3 days. He then says he had been working for a week to try and get footage from neighboring establishment, I got on the phone with the manager within an hour and the manager had no recollection of Vince trying to contact him. Unfortunately his cameras didn t show where they parked my car. Vince then filed a claim with his insurance company who said if i can t prove it, they aren t paying. Thanks Vince for a terrible experience and a damaged car.

Never written a review before, but this company gets special mention. Had my car valet parked at O-Ku by this company. Left dinner, got home and noticed a new scratch on the left rear bumper. Brought it back within half an hour and told staff and they told me that the manager would get back to me. Had to call multiple times over the course of a week before Vince (manager) returned my call and said he was "looking into it."

At the end of multiple weeks, and me calling him back numerous times because he never responded in any sort of timely manner, he said there was nothing he could do. He supposedly reviewed the security footage and saw nothing, but then refused to share said footage with me and would not go into details regarding it.

If there are any restaurants/companies/vendors out there reading this, don't hire these guys. If a mistake is made, there is no timely follow up and no transparency. By reading some of the other reviews, I know I'm not the first and likely not the last person that they'll treat in a similar fashion.

We had to use 180 parking at New Realm Brewery in Atlanta tonight. We waited close to 10 minutes to give someone our keys, and we have now waited over 15 minutes to pick up our car. They have our ticket and seem to be running in circles. The car is nowhere in sight. This is extraordinarily poorly organized. On top of that, poor customer service our valet keeps walking past us and isn t communicating. This is the most ridiculous valet experience I ve ever been subjected to.

Update: 25 minutes later they brought us our car and couldn t find the key (they had thrown the keyless start on the floor). The valet said, I know you re mad at me.... They all seemed high.

@New Realm I think it s time for a new valet company.

Last year, on 2/15/2017 -- I had the pleasure of attending an amazing book release party. While I was at the event -- 3 or 4 luxury vehicles were stolen from 180 Parking Services LLC (AKA 180 Valet -- owned by Mark Smith and Carlos Smith). I was lucky -- my vehicle wasn't stolen...only my keys. One of the workers said that they left the lockbox unlocked and unattended -- they do it all the time and no ones vehicles were ever stolen before.
After many calls and emails, I was notified that 180 Parking Services LLC did not have insurance with Potter Risk Advisors, LLC. at the time of the incident as I was led to believe (coverage began on 3/1/2017). Nor did they have insurance with Selective Insurance (policy cancelled on 2/6/2017). I filed the claim with Nadia Merle Jabr (Potter Risk) -- who wasn't their agent or carrier at the time of the loss, but stepped in to assist as she was their current carrier.
Nadia Merle Jabr convinced Mark to pay to have the locks rekeyed on my vehicle ($341.57) in July, 2017. Shortly after, Merle and Mark stop responding to phone calls and my emails. To date -- they still have not reimbursed me for having my condo and studio locks changed ($356).
I have spoken with several police officers and detectives that worked on finding the stolen vehicles and was advised they have several cases pending where vehicles were parked with 180 Parking Services LLC. Based on my 10+ years of being an insurance adjuster, I have come to one conclusion -- this claim has been handled recklessly, poorly and unprofessionally.
I do my best to operate my business with dignity and integrity. By not responding to my calls/emails to handle a claim that you acknowledge you owe, it shows a complete lack of honesty and integrity.
If you use 180 Parking Services LLC, do so at your own risk. They service Restoration Hardware Atlanta and Yebo Ski Haus -- be careful when you see 180 Parking on your valet ticket.
And yes -- I have ALL OF THE RECEIPTS. Emails, actual receipts, screenshots of conversations, policy cancellations...I have it all.

Reviews show many car owners faced with similar challenges we are having with this company since Nov 2017 when their unlicensed, uninsured valet driver totaled our car, he received 2 citations from this accident. Since then, 180 has ignored any direct calls and emails forom us, we ve since hired an attorney who receives the same treatment: no response. Perhaps it s time we find each other and pursue class action against this valet company whose industry seems to allow a service provider to improperly treat their customers, carry little or what appears to be no insurance and feels our property has no value in reasonable settlements. Sadly ATL politicians and police don t seem to have the ability to force this company to cease their operations and make customers whole from their losses. DO NOT HIRE 180 PARKING SERVICES if you value attendees at your events.

Valet left in middle of our meal and kept our car. Help number said come back tomorrow.... is this legal?

Update- the company called me
Following day and made up for the mistake. Appears to be a combination of things but overall I am pleased with the customer care and resolution. They seem to care for their customers.

My friend has his car wrecked by this company. The company purposely waited over 5 days to call him back so that the video would disappear. Without this video, the insurance company refused to pay for the damage. It cost him $1600. Never give this company your business.

The 5 star reviews are a fake attempt by the company to use their friends to even out reviews if you care for your vehicles, please don t trust them. There is nothing professional or trustworthy about this company. I ve personally heard them on the phone with my friend, and they are rude, untruthful, and will do anything to get out of being accountable for someone s damaged property.

I love this valet company! I usually don t leave reviews unless my services was either extremely horrible or SO exceptional that I leave with a smile on my face. 180 parking services always leaves me with a smile on my face. The men who work here are extremely friendly and always help me in and out of my car. They are really quick at getting my car when I m ready to leave which most valet services don t prioritize enough. I love when I see the 180 sign because I know my car will be in good hands. I hope they stay around Atlanta for a long time!

you crashed my car and refuted to finish the investigation before the claim has finalized. UNBELIEVABLE. my car was wrecked in the parking garage at Cine Bistro Brookhaven. If you are thinking about hiring this huge liability company, PLEASE THINK AGAIN

My key was misplaced by someone from Vincent's team, and as the owner he did the right thing to replace my key. I appreciate the thoroughness he took to not only make sure my car was safe, but also confirming that the key was re-programmed and delivered to me in a timely manner. As a business owner myself, it is refreshing to see someone take pride in the name of their company and hold true to their values as an organization. Vincent gave me peace of mind, and I'd recommend 180 for all parking services in the future.

I filed a complaint with the website about an incident that happened as I walked by Bartaco in West Midtown, Atlanta. As a pedestrian, I have the right of way on the sidewalk but one of the valets was honking at me in the vehicle he was parking (he was trailing me on the sidewalk; this isn't a parking lot or an entrance to one). Because this is a public sidewalk, there is no reason I should have had to make way for a vehicle or felt pressured to. Vehicles are not meant to drive on a sidewalk anyway.

The manager of this valet location called me promptly after I filed the complaint (within two hours) and was extremely professional and courteous. I am grateful and surprised by his response and believe he has completely rectified the situation.

My buddy left his car with the Valet when we grabbed dinner and we noticed the damage to his car when we got back to my buddy s place and immediately filed a police report. After trying to contact Vince the day it happened, Thursday night. He said he would look into it and get back to my buddy by the following Monday. Well, when my buddy called Monday to check in and asked why he hadn t heard from him, Vince said the cameras only keep footage for 3 days and there was nothing he could do and was sorry for our loss. Don t use them if you want to get scammed and a dinged car. Company deserves 0 stars if option was available.

Cigar City Lounge hired this company and my husband and friends stopped by on a slow night to grab some cigars. My car and 4 other patrons car keys were stolen From the inattentive valet driver. He admitted to not locking up our keys and a Hellcat was stolen. We believe this was an inside job so please keep your spare key nearby if you use this valet service.

The drivers of this company drive erratically and their HQ provides atrocious customer service! For example, a good buddy and I took our dates to a nice restaurant (Two Urban Licks) in Atlanta for Valentine's Day. This valet company ended up denting his car very badly. When my friend called the next day to report the incident, the manager didn't in good faith do his best to correct the wrong. Instead he delayed in calling the restaurant to get footage tapes after three days, at which time the tapes automatically delete.

It's really a shame that such a nice restaurant would do business with a company that doesn't care about its customers. I hope other businesses take this into mind before hiring 180 Parking Services to do their Valet.

I m watching the parking attendants whip around in customers cars. Aggressively accelerate slam on the brakes, create wheel spin and fly over speed bumps. Oh and drive the wrong way down a one way street. The location for the staff is for Barcelona wine bar in the highlands.

I used this company for a private event and had no issues with them. I dealt with the owner Mark who was extremely professional and delivered the services I needed. I would definitely use this valet company again.

Everyone beware! This is the worst valet company in Atlanta. Not only did their driver damage two of our vehicles, but they lied to us about having insurance. Not only did they claim they were investigating our damage, but they also said they they contacted their insurance company who denied to pay for our repairs. All lies! This company does not even have insurance!!! I also blame the restaurant for allowing them to get away with their shame! After reading the reviews it s obvious this is a common theme with this company. They should not be allowed to operate.

My wife and I went to dinner at a complex that contracted 180 parking for valet. Valet is mandatory at this location and the only reason I used this service. Arriving at the drop off location we passed three 180 parking employees standing around a corner while 5 cars were waiting to get service. Once we finished our dinner and returned to pick up our vehicle, there were no 180 employees to meet us. It took almost 15 mins to get someone to take my ticket. Once I handed over my ticket the 180 employee jumps in my truck, turns the wheel hard right, and hits the car parked next to him. I have to run across the parking lot to stop the guy from continuing to drag the VW beetle's front end down my passenger side. I'm upset but know accidents happen. Here is the worst part of our experience with this company. It has now been a month and these people will not respond to any attempt to get my vehicle repaired. I have $3900 in damages and these people have not returned our calls or emails.
