Picture Worth Custom Framing, LLC Reviews

I chose Picture Worth Framing because of all the positive reviews. They must be from friends and family members. I took 7 items to be framed on October 18th. Spent nearly 2 hours picking out colours for mats, framing, glass, and even shadow boxes. Paid nearly $2,400 up front and was told my order would be finished within 5 weeks. Six weeks later I began to worry so I called. I was told by Melissa that they were waiting on one more glass cover and that she would call as soon as it came in. I never got a call so 2 weeks after that conversation (8 weeks after my order) I called again. Again, Melissa gave me an excuse. A different frame with gold filigree came in and "didn't look right" so they ordered a new one. She promised my order would be ready before Christmas. Again, no calls afterwards so, AFTER Christmas, on December 27th (10 weeks after order date) I decided to physically go to the shop to pick up whatever part of my order that was ready. Nothing had been completed!!! I took all of my precious artwork back and was refunded my money.

Wow!!! First review by a Hawai'i customer apparently!

Earlier this year my good friend of almost 30 years celebrated her marriage. Her & her husband purchased a new home a couple of months later. Needless to say; they had a lot to be happy about!

My friend expressed that she liked a lot of the Art & Nature photos I post from mine & my friends adventures here in Hawai'i. It took me months to decide on the right one & eventually I decided on the professional shot of Mauna Kea with the Red Lehua Ohia by the infamous Nate Yuen, who was kind enough to sell me use for this present.

Contacted the crew at Picture Worth & explained my need: to have this high resolution picture printed, matted, framed & hand-delivered. Not only did the crew send me several mock-ups to choose from, they were incredibly communicative by email, phone & text (they even set reminders on their phone to note the time difference between Houston & Honolulu!).

Melissa is a GEM! I sincerely hope to meet her one day. She texted me direct on the final day to make sure I approved wrapping & delivery schedule. Not only that but she appeased my desire to SEE the action of delivery & send me videos of the happy couple unwrapping their gift!

You guys get 5 stars without question. It was an honor to do business with you & I will surely be contacting you again as needed!

Thank you Picture Worth for everything. Your team made the entire process, with the 5 hour time difference, SEAMLESS.

Picture Worth Custom Framing did a phenomenal job with a frame for and picture for my grandmother. Not only did Melissa and her team have the job ahead of schedule prior to Christmas she also shipped the 30x40 frame so it would arrive in time. High recommend this organization for small or large commercial jobs. They continue to be our go-to place for everything photo/portrait related.

One of my favorite pieces was done by Picture Worth Custom Framing, my canvas piece that hangs in my dining room wall. I didn't even have to step foot in the shop, because this was all done electronically. I was able to select the canvas that I was looking for and the size. I highly recommend this business to everyone if you want the best in picture or jersey framing for your merchandise.I took my picture of Kobe to them and they put it on a canvas and it looks Awesome in my gameroom. The owner Keith is such a cool guy they have so many different designs and colors for picture frames that look amazing. Ask Keith to show you the cool app to the picture that shows highlights of your favorite athlete. You will not be disappointed I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Keith and Melissa are professionals with outstanding skills -- and also generosity, compassion, and heart. I contacted them about preparing some precious pieces for transit just after the loss of a very dear friend, and their speed, skill, and kindness in serving ALL of my needs was exceptional. On very short notice, Keith constructed a museum-quality crate for one item; on no notice at all, Melissa removed some other pieces from damaged frames for easier transportation. At all times, they were so very kind to this out-of-town, grieving stranger. They not only got the jobs done; they provided comfort in a sad time. Thank you.

This place is great they helped me pick out a custom frame for my mom's memorial service and made a futuristic video to go with it. During a difficult time for me they really made it easy for me...I will definitely be a customer for life!!

I had almost antique Chinese artwork made from Jade, shells, and carved
stones and glass. some had come unglued and i had stored them away until I could find someone who could repair them and replace the glass to preserve their colors for my family in the future.

We were so impressed when they called after only 2 days to let us know they had completed the repairs and work, they look brand new. So much better than I had ever hoped to see them again. The care and attention given to this small project insures that ALL my treasures that need repair or re-framing or help deciding what to do with will be brought here. Even if it means an extra drive. Melissa was thorough, honest and considerate in her dealings with us. WE will be back.

I hope anyone with something they care about will bring it here for attention to detail, reasonable prices, and expert advise and help.

Omg ! Our experience was AWESOME. The reason behind my rating is mainly their level of expertise. We had a 100 year old reverse glass painting and they handled it with kid gloves, so to speak and knew exactly how to remove it from the old frame without any damage to the painting. We had called several shops and asked if they knew how to frame something like this and they didn t even know what we were talking about. Also WOW talk about friendly. We always felt welcome and no matter how many times I called Melissa with questions she was always so polite and never put out. We will definitely return with any framing needs.

The service was excellent and craftsmanship went well above what was expected. We didn t expect to get our framed painting back for at least 3 days. Much to our surprise we got it back in one, just in time for Christmas.

Recent purchase by a family member of mine and there was a delay in the product due to store relocation. In addition, the store tried to contact my family member to pick up the frame which included a great achievement of mine, college diploma. Upon reciept of the product, wrong glass was used on the frame which delayed the product again. As compensation, they gave a free frame. After I reviewed my college diploma that was framed I notice small blemishes inside the gold border that looked chipped or discolored. For the price of product I would have expected better quality and service. On a positive note, establishment is Veteran owned and give a Veteran discount.
