Recent purchase by a family member of mine and there was a delay in the product due to store relocation. In addition, the store tried to contact my family member to pick up the frame which included a great achievement of mine, college diploma. Upon reciept of the product, wrong glass was used on the frame which delayed the product again. As compensation, they gave a free frame. After I reviewed my college diploma that was framed I notice small blemishes inside the gold border that looked chipped or discolored. For the price of product I would have expected better quality and service. On a positive note, establishment is Veteran owned and give a Veteran discount.
