*GO ELSEWHERE* A bunch of jokers. In the end I had to pay for my product twice before they would deliver it. I raised many support cases over the course of 3 months, all to be closed immediately as 'Solved'. It was a failed Xmas present for my little girl. What a rip off they collar you at Alton towers and don't advise you that only 3 rides in cbeebies land take your photos. Underhand dishonest thieves
