go there for years, whether pie or bread, was always great quality, but also their price. but it seems as if in the last few months of ingredients is saved. eg cherry cake practically without cherry? also with other products of the confiserie the quality decreases, unfortunately. the price remains.

Ordered and paid for three Grand-Marnier Cakes by ...

Ordered and paid for three Grand-Marnier Cakes by phone. The cakes arrived totally muddled. In response to a complaint, I had to send photos in order to be exposed to the suspicion that I had photographed the same cake three times. Are they still okay? I could not present this Gemantsche to the guests, apart from that, more or less the entire grand manner ended up in the Postpack and no longer where it should be. Last but not least, I'm supposed to drive from Zurich to St. Gallen to deliver the mashed cakes there or how or what ???? Had to go to Zug as a replacement to get a Zug cherry cake from Treichler !!! So much for HOME LOVE! Just this much: It is well known that everything is thrown around at the post office - right? Even the unspeakable styrofoam flakes are of no use. You just have to label the parcels accordingly with "fragile" if you want the contents to arrive in their entirety. And a filling material like these unspeakable flakes should actually be forbidden! I think the post alone, blaming the scapegoat status, is shabby! I would like my money back, at least the horrific express postage!

Confiserie with a small cafe / tea room behind the shop. It is not very modern, but this ambience is the charm and style. Friendly staff and delicious products complete the whole. Gladly again!

Fantastic chocolates, cakes and pies. Very friendly staff and a very attractive atmosphere. A jewel in downtown St. Gallen with the highest level of enjoyment. If you want to spoil yourself a little or bring something to spoil yourself with, then you've come to the right place. A special kind of enjoyment that is second to none.

I've rarely seen a place in the restaurant that allows so little change over decades. The operation does not work at all with time. It is extremely unfortunate that there is almost nothing on the menu, for example, for people with lactose intolerance. Signed is nothing. At the same time, people dominate the confectionery craft to perfection; there is never anything inferior or imperfect. And I'm convinced that they could offer great milk and egg-free dishes. A change would be highly desirable.

Actually a nice confectionery shop, but the packaging of the patisserie leaves much to be desired! I bought a Savarin and a Vermicelle. It was actually put in two boxes that were placed inside each other and wrapped in paper, so it is no longer visible above and below. At home everything was upside down, the savarin syrup in the vermicelles and the cream decorations spread everywhere. As a garnish on the Savarin there is a cardboard label ...
