I found the staff really helpful and I got a good deal.

Avoid this place. Have been to 2 auctions here and the auctioneer keeps taking all these bids on the left and right and up the back but no-one is actually bidding. Trying to rip people off.

Poor customer service at reception. But mechanics are good. Very helpfull. Receptionist need some ethics

I Offered on one car, called back by Mr Pete. He was so rude and bully on phone call, i had to hang up on him. If you didnt like the offer why you bother to call? Super unprofessional. Will avoid at any cost in future.

Think before buying..I am feeling so sad to write this review. I had a worst experience buying car from Pickles Tamworth. Car was sold with low kms, complete Logbooks and service history. Pickles get log books, any receipts on work done on vehicle, previous owner details as well. GOT Solution that they can stamp other book and send me as history...

Lady receptionist really need learn some manners , how to deal with customers. She was very rude .

Bidding extended 3 times by 10 mins after declared ending time .
Vehicle photo had number plates but expired.

Only went in to see if they have any caravan and cars
