Each time I have called Georges to have stone crabs shipped to me on Cape Cod, they have gone out of their way to be incredibly helpful. The crabs they sent up were amazing. I have had stone crabs shipped from several other businesses in the past. I will only use Georges in the future. They are fantastic.
Ownership is spectacular and the stone crabs are even better! I order them for new years eve every year and wouldn't consider any other providers. Always fresh as can be and absolutely delicious. Much thanks to them!!
I've bought Stone Crab all over Florida but from now on it's only from George. They had a special and my order got mixed up. They replaced and were very apologetic about the mistake. Alex contacted me immediately when he realized there had been a mistake. He took care of everything!
These are my go to guys from now on. Order quick because the season is over May 15.
I ordered large stone crab claws for two on a Friday p.m.. FedEx delivered them on Tuesday. I was so excited to enjoy these with my 88-year-old mother. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed and could not help but wonder if by ordering on Friday they packed the order on Monday for delivery on Tuesday I kept wondering if they used some leftover older ones and put them in my order... It seemed that approximately 30% of them were dried out with shriveled up, small amounts of tough meat. The others were fantastic though. I think maybe the temperature should have been a little colder. I hated the fact that I had to download an app to track it I'm not sure if I had paid a small fee for that useless service called Route. FedEx tracking seems to be most reliable. In summary, I'm not sure if I will be ordering again from George. I will probably seek alternative sources next time.... To the management of George, I'm sorry for my honest evaluation but when I spend $168 for stone cold crabs to be delivered, I expect perfection.

Coming from Miami and ending up in New Jersey I've missed stone crabs. Whenever I visit it's a must to get them and finish the meal with key lime pie!
