Vanessa during the OCBC cycling event was really unprofessional did not like her attitude, she raised her voice and used vulgarities on the volunteers because they were using their phones, while there was participants still around her. NOTE: there were not instructions given to the volunteers they could not use their phones. Volunteers are already there as free labor yet they have to sit through this kind of treatment, kindly do something about her.
