So I worked here twice over the last 7 years. Recently as a independent licensed agent (amazing experience) and once as part of a luxury team 7 years ago (not a bad experience but not amazing).

I was going to write and leave a 5 star review but went to read the other reviews first. My first thought upon reading some of those other reviews is that they don't belong on this page. There are good and bad agents at every location and at every type of competing real estate brokerage. Those bad reviews belong on that individuals review page (preferably their zillow profile). Those bad apples are usually discovered quickly and told to move along BUT your bad review doesn't move with them allowing them to repeat what they did to you to someone else at some other firm.

Right or wrong I view THIS type of page as one for agents by agents. It's main funtion isn't intended for consumer helpful insight. They have 300+ agents here with most of them being really great at their jobs.

So for the agents reading this. The current leadership is stellar. Most of the teams there are great and helpful (especially the City Home Team- I am not affiliated with them).

The caps haven't changed in years and is one of the lower caps for KW offices.

But it is the tools and resources that set it apart. Sure there are more expensive firms and less expensive firms but the value you get here is unmatched.

Take for starters Keller Mortgage- Game Changer if you know how to leverage it. This particular office being a Ben Kinney office has rolled out an identical but local mortgage firm called BKCO mortgage. Then KW is rolling out a national mls platform that allows your clients who are relocating to have some of the most accurate data without going to competing sites (ex- Z) who still have brokerages blocking them listing inventory syndication access making them a poor choice for your prospective buyers who may potentially miss out on their dream home as a result of the different firms syndication drama. Then you have exclusive listing agent zillow sidebar status so you don't have competing "premier" agents unintentionally misrepresent your sellers home or worse redirect prospective buyers to other listings than the one you are selling (Brilliant for your sellers)! Training is good but for better more personalized training join their productivity coaching. If I hadn't moved across the country this would have been a phenomenal benefit. KW Command (their tech side) is good and getting better (it was in its infancy when I was there). The website you get is beautiful and insightful but doesn't offer any valuable SEO (but with the millions of dollars being spent in this space is that even important these days unless you are hyper focused on one small city or one large subdivision?)

What else???

Commute??? Ingress/Egress- It's really easy to get on and off 405 with great back road options should 405 be gridlocked.

I say if you are looking for a brokerage to hang your license then you can't go wrong with picking the largest in the history of the world. If trying to pick which KW office to hang your license then this one should be on the top of your list to visit.

Seller's beware! One of their employee's, Alex Borishkevich, pretending to be a private party called and offered full price to purchase our Redmond home for his wife and himself. We get to the signing meeting and realize Alex Borishkevich is an employee of Ron Ruscha's / Building Dreams Team... (RED FLAG #1). We sign on a sales agreement with Ron Ruscha signing as agent and buyer (S-D Services LLC) with a 30 day feasibility contingency. When 30 days was up.. I attempted contact with NO RESPONSE. (RED FLAG #2) I was referred to call Chicago Title. There was never a file opened with our address (RED FLAG #3). No response, no communication from Ron Ruscha, no response from Alex Borishkevich.

I rented from Wu-Chi June aka Gary Wu for over a year at one of his homes in Redmond. Feb 2019 he asked us to extend our lease for a year.
This time he would rent the entire upstairs to us.
In order to do so he wanted 1st last sec. Deposit. We agreed to start the lease March 7 2019 In addition I spent 1.5 mos & several thousands of dollars to repaint and refinish the interior of the residence, replaced the fridge.

We helped him move basically his entire house. Several loads to the transfer station/dump. The furniture to his $2M+ pad in Kirkland.

I Knew something was UP when as soon as we finished Painting ,the inside of the House and moved our furniture in HE BEGAN taking pictures of the inside.

I said Don't be getting any ideas Gary. He smiled and said Don't worry about it, You're a good tenant. You have nothing to worry about.

The .8 acre Yard was overgrown with Blackberrys and about 5Tons of branches from trees he had removed several years back. The grass was waist high. The
property slopes on a hillside very unlevel ground. NOT Easy work.

I agreed to trade out work for rent and take care of the yard for a month, to get it dialed in. He agreed.

So I did the work.

I Hand cut the branches moved 5 tons + by hand and burned in a controlled fashion. Took me 20hrs I told him that I would only charge for 14. I cut back all of the Blackberries that had overgrown on the entire property, and disposed of them. Another 8 hours +
I had wounds for weeks

Since it was trade out for rent (1mo.) No money needed to eXchange hands.

I did such a great job he asked if I would consider a reduction in rent a few hundred bucks to maintain the lawn. I agreed if he would get a self propelled lawn mower. The one he had was manual and took 6hours to mow half of the property.
Mind you Almost and Acre of land by hand.

Gary agreed and asked me to just find one and send him a link. I found several and sent him the links.
He then asked if I would remove a large tree that was about to fall onto a shed. Unfortunately, the ground was saturated with water in April and his idea of using a chainsaw and a ladder wasn't the safest route on a Tree that was 30'+ tall 2.5' round and leaning.
I politely declined (not safe) and mentioned that I would help him get a competitive bid. He got upset.

Then Gary WU Started to backpedal on our previous agreement. The agreement to buy a self propelled lawn mower went away.

He then proceeded to tell me that he decided to have a yard maintenance company do the work and he would raise the rent to the original agreement.

Which honestly I was OK with.

Almost an Acre of grounds is a lot of work. Especially, without the necessary equipment.

May 2019 he confronted me, 2 mos into the additional 12 mo lease and said that he had a change of heart.
He asked me what it would take to move out.

I politely replied Gary we just did all of this work, moved my family in and spent several thousands to make it right.

We aren't in the position to move again.

We have a years lease.

He then said you can talk with my attorney.

I am not behind in rent and my wife and 2 daughters and I spent almost 2 mos added several Thousands of value to his property. Painted the entire inside added new fridge because the old fridge broke.

What type of individual takes advantage of a people in such a way?

I was sent a summons Thurs May 30, 2019 to start eviction process.

Thank goodness I have copies of the lease agreement and before and after pictures and receipts of all of the work done.

He basically got his house updated for FREE. Took our Money, and now wants to Kick out the Family that made it happen.

What an absolute PUKE this guy is.

I should have realized that a year before when I found this place on Airbnb and he wanted me to pay cash on the side he was shady.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with this individual named Wu Chi June/ Gary Wu. owner of Mitronics and Wu Properties LLC Renters/ BUYER BEWARE

If there were a zero that is what I would give them. Why would you ever want to work with someone who after several exchanges, lie? This agency is a hoax. When listing your home... beware of agents like this who lie about potential buyers just to trick you into scheduling time with them... oh, we weren't selling to you... we wanted you to know what "team" we have to offer you. In addition, to the lies, the agent who was in charge didn't have the decency to join the zoom and left the poor new guy to try to flounder through a discussion of what followed emails of misleading information.

I've listed my house on Zillow "MAKE ME MOVE" with a request of email only, no calls. An agent Thuy Nguyen at Kelly Williams Eastside called me and started to speak Vietnamese. I asked her to speak English. Sorry but we're in America! She inquired about helping me list my home. I told her I have friends who are realtors and don't need any help. She became sarcastic questioning and asking why I don't use them, implying I was lying. I tried to put in a few words but she rambled on and on and on. I could not understand what she's saying and had to just hang up. This person is rude, unintelligent and talks too much! So if you want to learn Vietnamese, call her. If you want to sell a used car, call her. But if you want to sell your home or buy a home, stay away! People like Thuy Nguyen at Kelly Williams Eastside can not be trusted! Not even with your pets! Sadly I know people in this office because I've had many real estate transactions. But I'd recommend staying away from this branch all together. It's funny how these people want your business but treat you like they own your house. Remember, your house is your castle and realtors are a dime a dozen, so find a good honest one. Good luck and I hope this helps. Thanks!

Marianne Christian, Keller Williams Eastside is an unscrupulous sellers agent. Looked at one of her listings several days before offer deadline and before I can even return home from the tour, it s goes pending. Waste of time and effort. If you, as the seller are going to accept offers prior to deadline, then say so!

Danielle and her team were very helpful and explained to us clearly the process since it was our first time buying house.

She helped us put a strong offer on our dream house and avoid a bidding war even if the seller had received other offers. In the end everything went smoothly and quickly.
Also most of the paperwork could be (filled/sign) electronically which was very convenient to move the process forward quickly.

We recommended her to some of our friends and they also had a great experience with her.

Great smiles, super supportive, love the culture there. It shows up in the number of home sales this office does. Truly a class of well educated and trained agents. They really care about serving the client!

Let me start by saying I understand the current market and how quickly it is moving. That being said, there is a difference when it comes to realtors/brokers in this market as well. I have noticed that a great deal are very on the used car salesman status, but this would be offensive to used car salesman. Brokers are not seen in a good light in general, however this bunch takes the cake. This "group" of brokers is so shady and crooked that, break laws and no one calls them out on these issues. When putting in an offer I was told that I would have to offer over double to even be considered, now I know that this particular hose would never hit that outlandish estimation of value. So I placed a very fair (realistic) offer. Not only did I never receive a call stating they received it, they never even had the decency to call, email, or text that we were not chosen. Some of my broker friends refer to these agents as ghetto, crooked, shady. It is this type of real estate agent make a bad name for all agent in general, which is unfair. I will end this with, these guys are very unprofessional, if you find yourself in the grips of these fast talking, false informing individuals, simply run the other way and find literally any other office to do business with.

I saw a property a month ago on zillow to rent and it was handled by this company. We liked the property and we wanted to rent. This company's agent told us to submit an application ($40) and we did. After that I did multiple attempts to get a confirmation but I was always told that the Landlord is out of country. In the last week they said they want paystubs and offer letter and other details and I provided that too. Despite of all this, when I enquired today, they just removed the add from Zillow saying they no longer are renting the property. I suspect this is a case of scam and unfortunately, Keller Williams could not confirm it. It has been a worst experience for me.
