+1 month to get a response from them for new customer inquiry.

+2 weeks to get first order confirmation
Delivery date comes, no delivery is made. No call in advance to say why delivery may not occur. No follow up. An entire day wasted which is huge opportunity cost on a growing business.

Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with, imagine if there is a problem with an order? It's better to not work with companies like this and look elsewhere.

I had a $1000 first time order ready to be placed since day 1. No hassle, no complications, was willing to even pick up my order. The problem is their professionalism. If they processed my order in the same week I contacted them the first time, as should be a reasonable expectation, I would have likely ordered $10,000 more by now and would be consistently buying. If you are a manager or owner of this company I hope you fix your leaks.

We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company such as this one. We placed an big order with 3 different sales reps and they kept loosing our orders. When I tried to call head office to get assistance from their Sales Director Mr. Antoine, he didn't even have the decency to return my calls after repeated attempts. The answer from his receptionist is that he's too busy to call back. I can't believe this company is owned by Metro. I was expecting higher standards of professionalism with a company associated with Metro. If metro is seeing this comment, beware this company is still being managed like a mom and pop shop.

I would like share with you a horrible experience ...

I would like share with you a horrible experience that I have had with one of your products. The Barley Cedar bags. I have purchased one 2 weeks ago. I was planning to cook it tonight and to my surprise the bag was FULL of black small tiny cockroaches!!!! At first I wasn't sure where those creature arrived to my pantry, I must have found at least 50 of them crawling on all my kids snack, cans, etc. it took me 4 hours to completely clean all and get rid of all the open bags of any products, in case they were harboring inside. I must have trough a total of 500 $ worth of products!!!
Now, two weeks later, I have opened the pantry and noted another one! after an extensive search. i have noted the CLOSED bag of Ceder barley which was completely sealed and had at least 50 of those black cockroaches in it!!!

they would tell you the price for an item on the phone but they won't mention tax or anything so don't make a one hour trip to there for a mistaken not legit final price
Plus the front receptionist is more like a statue than a customer service agent
Bad way of communicating , they speak in an inappropriate manners.. this place is a total mess
