Visited their location on Parklawn Drive to learn more about their organization and the possibilities to volunteer. Most organized second-hand computer equipment dealer I have seen. Great thing they are doing prolonging PC equipment life and helping lower income people in the area.
While in school i have had some computer issues , but if it had not been for phoenix computers and Jim .Today I would not be 20 credits away from my Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration with an concentration in Health Informatics and i owe it all to phoenix for the excellent and great performance work they have done on my computers since i began online classes in 2013.Not to mention the many computer products they have to offer at great prices. I'm a low-income senior. I took my ailing desktop computer to Phoenix the other day. Jim, Ann and the other volunteers were so kind and helpful that they had me all fixed and back out in short order. They also installed a wi-fi connection on my old beast for a minimal fee. I recently moved to this area and depend on my computer, so it is wonderful to know that this great resource exists. Jim Ryan

Nice people and helpful staff there. They always have the expertise of choosing the right type of software anyone needs. I even helped my mom getting a computer, desktop, and monitor to keep her files stored in case something happens.
Really great place, very friendly and very competent.
They fixed the hardware of my computer that had been fixed previously but only using glue and it did not last, at Phoenix they fixed it and it still works.

Great organization providing computers to go income people like myself! Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need. Urge companies to provide their old computers to them! They helped me greatly and have helped many others. I am grateful for all they have done for me, and they have a incredible volunteer professional staff of computer repair people.
I appreciate their customer appreciation...So much more than customer service. Each tech takes the time to work with each customer to understand, then recommend, the best system to meet the individual need.
The only "con" is they're only open 2 days per week.

Wonderful. I am happy with the service and the repair of my Laptop. Jim is full of very knowledge and patient with customers. They are eager to help and give you or guide you to a solution. I will definitely be back. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that there are not 6 stars above.

What a gem of a place, a terrific resource for this area! The folks at Phoenix Computers are competent, fair, informative, patient, and unusually helpful. They go above and beyond what one would find at the typical Big Box store. Their prices allow a positive digital experience for those on a tight budget. In addition, they are prompt in their service and communications regarding customer's options.
