This service is shocking.

As a business it causes us dreadfukl problems, always going wrong leaving us with no phones.

I genuinely have no idea why they have gotten such bad reviews. They supply internet to us, and 366 rooms in the building where I work and we rarely have issues. If we do have the rare issue the customer service is great!

Constant disconnects, latency spikes, never delivers on quoted speed, don t expect even half of what is promised. Customer service is designed to keep on asking you questions, dancing around the problem until you deem it pointless to carry on the conversation

Very slow and bad connection. I am disappointed from the service.

Awful connection. No matter how many times I attempt to connect, it keeps disconnecting. You absolutely can t play an online match normally, watch a movie, anything at all.

Terrible! Avoid at all costs.

I m only getting 400kb/s speed right now, not even a full 1mb speed.

I have contacted them, they told me I needed to download a diagnostics app on my phone which my phone wouldn t allow then they just said well we can t send someone out if you don t do that.

Awful company, awful connection, awful customer service.

Don t choose these for your internet they really don t care about you.

Fantastic support, service and speeds for a good price. Constantly on a low ping with the expected speeds and better than expected uploads. 10/10

Slow, unstable, always have issues and lags from time to time. Not worth it for what you've paid for. Even tried connecting via internet cable, internet is still unstable and slow.

The worst ISP I have ever come across, it is actually a spectacle that a company can perform so badly. Their customer service is abysmal, I would prefer to castrate myself than have to deal with them again

ASK4 Internet is the worst internet i have ever used in my life, and i used to have standard non fibre sky internet, and that was more reliable and 90% faster than what ASK4 seem to offer. DO NOT USE ASK4

Awful ISP. Connection kept cutting out via WiFi and Ethernet, was suppose to be getting 100mbps and was only receiving 70mbps on average. Students be aware. Their customer service also takes quite some time to response or will just circulate you around different departments.

Best ISP in Yorkshire. Guaranteed fault resolution from the Support team.

Constantly underperforming speed and does not allow you to connect certain devices unless paying for their premium service.

This company provides the building wide wifi at Velocity Tower. It is shocking, inconsistent, laggy if you want to game online, choppy, just basically disgustingly bad. A waste of time. So disappointing too because they used to provide personal broadband to each room for a subscription fee that i was perfectly happy paying.

Edit: Changed to three because the support that was given to me after raising an issue has been superb. They were very proactive to fixing my issue and have offered to provide me with an ethernet cable. Overall, great customer service.

Internet package states 100Mb Wired
Consistently poor performance, never hits or exceeds stated speeds.

I have not been able to connect to internet at all and after tens of phone calls and two weeks they still haven't fixed anything. Very slow service.

Very slow connection (usually around 1mbps, and almost never above 4mbps on speed tests). Cuts out several times daily and when devices are connected for several hours they often need to be reconnected as the speed collapses even though it shows as connected.
