I'm a low-income senior. I took my ailing desktop computer to Phoenix the other day. Jim, Ann and the other volunteers were so kind and helpful that they had me all fixed and back out in short order. They also installed a wi-fi connection on my old beast for a minimal fee. I recently moved to this area and depend on my computer, so it is wonderful to know that this great resource exists. Jim Ryan
