Very good service, standards & facilities

The hotel has wonderful friendly & professional staff, lovely facilities (pool, lobby, restaurants, Club Lounge...) and international 5-star standards in cleanliness, resources, amenities etc...
I had a truly pleasant experience there and recommend it for others!

Highlights: nice hotel with a past, very friendly staff, helpful concierge, comfortable rooms, fine breakfast, close to many attractions. Lowlights: carpets in the rooms should be replaced. Conclusion: gladly again!

1st choice hotel everything was perfect drinks food all in all

Luxury waterfront hotel, with wide range of restaurants and amenities, and walking distance to the excellent cafes and restaurants in nearby Zaitunay Bay. Reception areas and restaurants are very grand and ornate - reflecting the history of this hotel - with service exceptionally warm and friendly. Security is robust - but not burdensome.

From the second you arrive the staff are so friendly everyone with a smile the attention to details are excellent if you want to be pampered then the Phoenicia is for you any wait to come back

Stayed here for 2 days for a medical meeting..
The experience was amazing.. haven't even been a meeting or conference room this elegant and well organized..
A great service and hospitality in a huge complex..
The food is good with a wild variety from chicken to steak to seafood..

Amazing, very beautiful ambiance in all of its halls and rooms, you can find the perfect place according to your choice because they have many different styled lounges and restaurants. It's one of the most popular hotels in Lebanon so it's kinda expensive but worth it. The pool place is reallyy cool.

What will happen after the pandemic though? Especially that the hotel has been welcoming the expatriates who demanded going back to the country and that's where they accomplished their quarantine. Will my family and I be safe if we visit the hotel later this summer

There is always a special feeling when you enter the Phoenicia Hotel, authentique, vintage modern i dont know the if those are it but ome thing for sure is that you dont want to leave. Very recommend and its a must pass by Mosaic for a delicious experience.

the place is magestic , the building itself is distinguished the interior design and architecture takes you to a different level you dont feel bored inside because there are so many things to see so many details to pay attention to. the hotel is known world wide celebreties , businessmen , people from around the globe paid visit to the hotel the food menu is the best no need to describe the variety of it neither the deserts. 5 stars is an easy catch for such a place
