Been here several times over the past decade and they have kept up the level of service and hotel. The food is very good, and the staff are excellent as usual.

Perfectly located from Aswaq Beirut and restaurants in the other direction. Most of everything is walking distance from the hotel and easy to head in one direction or the other.

I can't recommend the Spa enough, it is wonderful and very relaxing after a long day or the best way to start off the morning.

Very classy place, staff are friendly and professional. The food is very good. Very much recommended.

Wonderful hotel, close to the sites and attentive to family needs. My wife and I along with our 12/13 year old children travelled to Beirut earlier this month and stayed at Le Gray for two nights. For a family on holiday in Lebanon, the Le Gray helped make us not only comfortable, but allowed us the rest needed to properly explore the wonderful city from a great location. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was very memorable. The rooms are extremely clean and the facilities lacking nothing. The view from the Corner Suite was simply amazing!

Food is fresh and flavorful, ambience is cosy, worth the try - (Indigo)

Be aware, staff will steal things from your luggage. Do not let the the fact of staying at a great hotel fool you. I had a belt stolen from my luggage and investigated was all but empty words. Be aware!!!

Can t recognize the main entrance of the entrance no sign to direct you the 360 restaurants on the rooftop it s service is really slow and bad,no need to book because even if you did your name won t be written on the list and seats are not comfortable for dinner at all specially the some high tables are mis placed under the sound magnifyers

This is one of my favourite hotels. The staff is really good and well trained. I have held events in this hotel, dined in their restaurants and stayed as a guest in their rooms. The experience is always lovely. My absolute favorite part is their incredible beds and especially their breathtaking pillows... I could sleep for days! Whatever mood you are in or reason you have to stay in a hotel Le Gray offer every experience... a special thank you to Mario Bassil for always going above and beyond.

Manager in the hotel she was not helpful, we just ask for spa and they charge us !!! Only for ask you charge the people. Seriously they are so rude.

Incredible rooftop in downtown Beirut, good music and decent drinks!

We went to Indigo on the Roof restaurant in Le Grey Hotel for Friday program. The food was superb the service is more than excellent as the program (one singer and two Tango dancers) was very amusing. First we were worried about the price which is USD 77.00 per person but it worthed every penny for the luxury we felt in food and service.

Stayed here for few days while I was in town for a wedding. The hotel breakfast was great, the roof top was nice but could be bigger. The hotel felt spacious, but that might be because all the rooms weren't taken. The only issue I had was the noise in the room. I could hear everything from the roof due to being on the 5th floor, and I did hear noise from the rooms around me as well.

The stuff over there is so kind they even transfer you money of you ask them politely.
Thus, the place is located in the lovely city center.

My first time in Beirut, beautiful hotel, good location, breakfast very good, we had executive suite with a connecting room, both very good.
